We booked this arrival transfer as it was our first time to Istanbul and we didn't know how the taxi service would be. This service was excellent. Aside from a small hiccup at the arrivals area because the driver wasn't holding my name up originally so I did not see him, everything went very smoothly. The driver did not speak English, but he put in a CD with an introduction and tips for visiting the city spoken in English. It was fantastic. I highly recommend using this service when traveling to Istanbul.
