We really enjoyed this tour. We were in a group of three other can am side by sides. It was very dusty on the trail, but they warned us that it might be. You can bring a bandana or purchase one at the Ranch for a reasonable price. Fun ride on some side trails and to/from a cave cenote for a swim. The guide was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the area. We took the mid-day tour so we brought sandwiches and water and eat at the cenote. They provided chips and water when we got back to the ranch and had beer that you could purchase. We would recommend this tour for the adventurous type.
Chris, the tour guide, was amazing. He and his crew were friendly, provided all the necessary equipment such as eye protection and had scarfs for purchase ($3.00 US). Highly suggest using both as the dust was extremely bad due to no rain for weeks. The Buggy was in excellent condition and easy to operate. The ride was about 30 minutes then we stopped at a beautiful cenote in the jungle. The hike was difficult down to the cenote and suggest good hiking sandals or something on your feet due to steep hills and rocks. There are no steps or hand rails. Someone with a physical disability would not be able to get to the cenote. Chris can provide life jackets if needed, just let him know at the ranch before you leave. Water was beautiful and few people jumped off the rocks into the cenote. Another 15-20 buggy ride brought us back to the ranch for a lite snack (chips and fruit) and purified water. Alcohol was available for purchase. This was my favorite excursion overall.
We had so much fun. We had a smile on our face from beginning to end. Loved it all and the people there were very nice.
This was hands down one of the best adventures we have done on our many trips. Chris, our guide, did a great job guiding a fun ride. The midway stop at an incredible cenote was perfect. Crystal clear water, "fresh" temperature, wonderful experience.
Got to drive a side by side in a downpour got so muddy. Rain hitting your face going through big puddles Seeing a hudge grasshopper and trantula Chris was amazing. Cenote Beautiful Good choice Super fun husband says I'm a crazy driver...I say "we have got to get one of these" funtimes...reccomend!
Had a great time and learnt a lot about the local area, wildlife and historic Mayan culture. Chris (spelling?) the guide was very informative and was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable to ask questions. He also took pictures for us which was really nice of him. The ATV's were great fun (I did get told off for drifting them so don't do that!!) and the cenote was beautiful and completely empty when we went. Had a wonderful day and would do a full day if there was an option to this!
One of the best buggy cars we have done, criss or guide was amazing from start to finish, very pleasant indeed. The driving over the rough terrain was fantastic and the cenote swim was a magical experience. Highly recommend it and would be my first excursion I would book if I came back, well done to criss and claire who was very helpful indeed .
The tour was great! Chris was so fun, and very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely book again.
This trip was a lot fun, we drove the Buggy's for a while on a wild road that finally took us to the edge of a cenote. We adventured down the trail to the cool water. We quickly adapted to the water and enjoyed the swim. Our guide explained the ecosystem of the cenote and pointed out the creatures in the cenote. After our swim we drove back to along the roads to our starting point.
