Overview

This is a private charter, 4 hour trip south along the Kona coastline to the beautiful Kealakekua Bay or otherwise know as Captain Cook. We can do either morning or afternoon charters to Captain Cook.

Meet at Honokohau small boat harbor in Kona. Depart check in at 7:45 am depart at 8:00 am or for the afternoon charter check in at 11:45 am depart 12:00 am .Head south out of the harbor cruise the Kona coastline seeing all of Kona town. Further down the coast we will see lava tubes, tall sea cliffs and some blow holes when the surf is big enough. We often spot a pod of Pacific spinner dolphins or even friendly manta rays. You will have the opportunity to snorkel a beautiful reef in Kealakekua Bay and see a wide variety of small reef fish and other marine life. Our captain and swim guide will tell you the history of the area and how to enter the water and how to interact with the marine life.
