Incredible way to see everything at Volcano National Park. Good exercise if you want or you can use the assist as much as needed. Gives you the ability to get to places you wouldn't have time to walk to or places your car is not allowed to go. Simply amazing and we will do this again. We did the No-guide tour with GPS. Super fun and we highly recommend.

Had a great time seeing so much of the park and the volcano by e-bike. Gwen was an excellent tour guide. Loved it!

Awesome fun experience! We covered so much ground and saw so much of the park in the bikes. E bikes are well maintained and easy to use. Must be able to ride a bike decently for this tour. Definitely later up, it’s the rainforest! Gwendolyn was great! If I was on foot, I would have gave up within an hour due to weather. The bikes made the weather fun and full of excitement.

Our tour guide Gwendolyn was exceptional, giving lessons in volcanology, local culture and history. The ebikes were also a highlight, they had plenty of power for the journey, and could even go without pedaling if that's what your are looking for.

Amazing! Gwendolyn was a great tour guide. Native to Hawaii, she shared historical facts that added to the experience. The volcanoes were spectacular and the electric bikes a godsend.

To be honest when I booked this tour for myself, my husband and my just turned 18 year old son I was skeptical, 3 min. in and all my doubts were gone. This tour was an absolute blast. The e-bikes were so much fun and not too much to handle. We learned a lot about the park and history of the island and volcano. We were able to see the crater from every vantage point, take in spectacular views and had a great view of the ongoing eruption. We were able to bike at our own pace making this the perfect excursion for all three of us. This was by far my son's favorite activity and we took a doors off helicopter ride, snorkeled with manta rays and so much more. I definitely recommend this tour!

We did full day tour and it just wasn’t a full day of content. The big crater looks the same from all sides and lunch at beach was miserable. It was so windy I couldn’t hold down all my stuff and eat. Bikes were nice quality and there were some interesting stories but just not enough to see in amount of time.

Was a very fun experience. It's a good ride around the park with a good chunk of information provided by the guides. It's a very cool, and the stark differences in climate are very interesting. the bike route made it a lot more fun to go around than in a vehicle. Worth noting that there isn't very much real challenger in riding--this is a mostly downhill experience, and if you're in any sort of shape, your won't be breathing hard more than once or twice.

Chris was an excellent tour guide. We enjoyed the bike ride and the volcano park. We highly recommended for all people

Chris led us on a nice ride and told us a lot about the history and geology of the area. Very interesting. The bikes were fine and the riding short but sweet. We had some rain, but had decent visibility at times. Cycling was a great way to tour some of the park. I had reserved two spots for the day before but the minimum wasn't met, so we went the following day. The communication was very good throughout.
