Driver waiting for us as arranged in the airport arrival area , with our name clearly on display. Nice comfortable car people carrier with loads of room for four people with luggage. Pleasant drive to our hotel dropped off outdside the hotel.
Picked up for the return journey as arranged.

Our driver was there waiting with a name card at the airport, drove us directly to the hotel , and on return stop on time. -

The trip itself was excellent and the guide at the camp was very knowledgable and happy to answer any questions. The only thing that let it down was the pick up arrangements. The tour was scheduled to depart from outside the Sheriton hotelat 8.45am - official time. We stayed in the Santi Hotel in the old town and were told to go to the Radison Blue hotel to be picked up at 8.20 and it was a 6 minute walk away. We left our hotel at 8am and sure enough were at the Radison Blue for 8.05am and then waited to be collected. The bus arrived at about 8.25 and us took a further 100 metres to the Sherition where we changed onto another bus and finally got way at about 8.55am If we had known we could have gone straight to the Sherition which was only 10 minutes from our hotel and saved a lot of hanging around. They could have offered the choice when confirming the booking. Overall though an excellent trip and comments only intended to help operator improve future trips.

The return did not come. We had to get the hotel to chase it. Fortunately another driver came and took us to the airport.

No Hassel, No fuss transfer. It was amazing. My wife and I had a professional driver holding a sign with our names on it as soon as we got out of baggage claim. The driver then quickly dropped us at the door of our hotel. This set the tone for our entire vacation! Amazing!!!!
