    Your English-speaking driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall of Krakow (KRK) airport. The driver will be waiting at the Customs area, holding a name tag with the lead passengers name and hotel's name. He will lead you to the car. Next you will be transferred to your Krakow accommodation by a private, air conditioned/heated, premium classcar.       The representative was pleasantly waiting for us as promised despite our flight having been delayed for an hour. She could not have been more friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. A GREAT way to be met and taken directly to our hotel in old town.
