Esperienza fantastica! La nostra guida Manu ha reso tutto speciale e ci ha spiegato tutto benissimo, siamo riusciti davvero ad apprezzare i particolari con calma grazie alle sue spiegazioni. Lo rifarei subito!

Jordi was a very good guide who was able to explain the uniqueness of Gaudi's thoughts. The tour was informative.

Once they lifted the ticket sales for the Guided Tour to Sagrada Familia and Tower, we immediately purchased the tickets online. They assigned the Tower which you may go up and visit which was the Passion Tower. Take the L2 Metro and get off at Sagrada Familia, to up the flight of stairs and you will be right in front when you exit. Make sure you allow ample time to visit /view the outside of the Sagrada Familia before you begin your visit as the crowds keep building during the course of the day. If you walk in front of the Sagrada Familia Church, there is a pond which is a great location to take an aerial photo of the entire church and also offers a nice reflection of the church onto the pond (early morning hours). Not everyone knows about this area so its not that crowded early morning. The guided tours meet in front of the church. It is where you pick up your headsets and meet your guide. It was worth to take a guided tour of the inside as there is just absolutely so much to see and absorb with the colors and architecture of the interior as how talented Antonio Gaudi was. Our guide, Marlene explained about the front Nativity Scene along with details on the animals and religious figures carved in the columns, doorways, and the church steeples. Inside, our guide explained how the sunlight played a vital role with the stain glass to produce something like a rainforest effect. There is so much detail in everything here in the church. One needs to come here in order to understand why it is taking such a long time to build this church. Our 1 1/2 hour guided tour ended and we went up to the Passion Tower. Please be prepared to bring dollar Euro coins for the lockers to place your larger bags as they do not allow any big bags on the Towers due to the narrow staircase up and down. The dollar is refunded back to you when you retrieve your items in the locker. It was worth the 370 steep steps up to the upper gallery to see the ongoing construction of the church as well as a close up of the Glory Facade-- 1 of the more fancier ones with a lot of color. There is no time limit on the tower but space is limited so you need to be mindful up and down the stairs. Well worth the climb up and down. Absolutely you can spend up to 3-4 hours of time to visit this one unique church that can be seen for miles away.

Very informative guided tour. I much prefer a human guide vs an audio tour. My guide Lena (?) on Monday, Aug 4th at 6pm was wonderful. This Basilica is so beautiful outside and inside that it’s worth having a guided tour.

We had an English guided tour at 3.30 on Friday 22nd July. I’m afraid I don’t know the guide’s name as a didn’t have my headphones in at that point! She appeared to be new(ish) as she seemed nervous but she was very very good, pointing out some really interesting features inside Sagrada Familia which we would never have noticed without her. Her English was great and she repeated key facts and checked if everyone understood. She left points for questions and was mindful that it was very hot in some of the sections of the tour. Overall a great, interesting tour, well worth organising

Oriol was a fantastic tour guide. You’re lucky if he is at the front of your tour. The tour was full of surprises and the interior is elegant and eye opening.

Two weeks before our arrival in Barcelona we booked via GoCity Barcelona for the La Sagrada Familia tour. We received a confirmation the day we booked, and another confirmation at 9:00am the day before the tour. A few hours later (less than 24 hours before the tour) we received an email saying that our time slot was no longer available. They offered us another option more than 36 hours later, which we of course could not do. There was a rude response when we told them the change was unacceptable and the booking was simply canceled. Unbelievable! We decided to show up at the original time anyway, along with around 7 other people who had been given the same awful treatment. The poor guides had to deal with some very unhappy tourists, but they handled it professionally and somehow miraculously managed to accommodate us. Manu was amazing - a great knowledgeable guide - thank you! I have no idea why GoCity partners with Amigo Tours - absolutely shocking customer service. Via the pass, we also ended up with Amigo Tours at Park Guell and on the Gothic Quarter Walking Tour. Both tours had far too many people and we could barely hear the guides. If you can book via another company, you will hopefully be able to avoid a lot of stress and disappointment.

Booked via the GoCity Barcelona pass, and made the reservation with Amigo Tours 20 days prior to use. On the day before we were to actually visit, Amigo Tours cancelled our previously confirmed reservation. Instead of being helpful, we received no customer service. The official email was rude and merely said they were not responsible and would cancel if we did not accept the one alternative timing they proposed. Left us completely high and dry.
