Ronnie made the tour. She was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour! We managed to get to Moraine Lake even though this was supposed to be impossible in October. Gave us lovely maple syrup biscuits.
Really enjoyed the guide’s commentary and info. He was a retired geologist and knew the area well. Bus was clean and efficient.
A good tour ; wished we had been told of inaccessibility of viewing Lake Moraine at point recommended by tour guide . There are no hand rails to hold on to as you climb steep stairs
Great tour! Two beautiful lakes are so worth seeing. Moraine Lake was especially beautiful and climbing the rock pile was well worth the effort. Kyle was a great driver and guide as he shared lots of stories about Alberta and the freeway between Banff and the lakes.
Tour Guide Pete was great and shared amazing facts with us on our tour. Loved Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. Highly recommend tour.
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Linda our tour guide was great providing ongoing commentary on the surrounding areas. The planned stops along the route were great and gave us an opportunity to get close to historic sites, views and landmarks. The stops at both Lakes enabled us to get some great pictures however being able to spend a bit more time at the Lakes would have been better. 30 minutes for us was a bit too short and we would have preferred 45 minutes to avoid having to rush back for departure. We would recommend this tour to anyone, pick up from the hotel was easy, the guided tour information fun and avoiding the hassle of driving your own vehicle and navigating parking at the lakes made the trip truly enjoyable.
We could not believe the scenery we saw on this tour. Our guide Raven was informative and gave us lots of opportunity to stop and see everything we needed to. We couldn’t get to Moraine Lake which was disappointing
Lake Louise and Moraine were spectacular and our guide Matt was very knowledgeable and very interesting
Great background, knowledgeable, patient and very friendly hostess/driver. My family really enjoyed the trip
This is a good intro to the two lakes. Unfortunately, we spent very little time at both lakes and more on the road (it is a distance from point to point). July is peak season so if you don't want to deal with the crowds, go another time. Hike Lake Moriane or rent a canoe (the best). Our tour guide Andrew was great and group size was good.
