  Pick up great. Return pickup on time at exact location where you were dropped off at. I always use this economical service. Easy to locate at door 8 in baggage claim area. For the price, highly recommend.

  Would not recommend, waited about 45 minutes for a small shuttle bus to arrive at airport. Taxi would have been quicker and cheaper.

  Great service soon as got on transfer coach set-off I was first drop off so bonus. Also just rung for pick up time very polite on phone 8am pick up. Perfect.

  If I’d have known about the taxi capping by the state I would never have booked this service.
  Once we’d located the collection office we were shown to our transport. We then sat in the bus a further 45 minutes as the driver was trying to get more passengers, the problem was there weren’t any more, so we eventually set off, he then took us all over Las Vegas because guess what.... he forgot which hotel we’d said.
  Eventually we arrived were he dropped us off at the wrong place and after such a long day travelling we really didn’t need so I can safely say I won’t be using Bell tours again

  I want to say this was the worse service I have received. We booked a shuttle from the airport in Las Vegas to our hotel. We waited 45 mins and still wasn’t transported. When we had went to the desk the boy hadn’t even wrote us down. He left and went to lunch so we ask the lady that took over who was very rude where we was on the list and she had to write us down. And told us we would just have to wait that there was a lady that had being waiting and hour. There where a lot of people waiting. I feel you shouldn’t sale more tickets then you have a timely shuttle to transport. We then had to pay $23 to get a taxi to our hotel and didn’t even get to use the shuttle. I will not book this again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. Thank you

  Everything went extremely smoothly. I was coordinating a group of 8 and we had no wait for shuttle either way. Vans were clean and drivers were very friendly. I would highly recommend!

  Squashed into a mini bus, hanging off the edge off the seat. Really rude driver, I pointed out that I had two bags, saying that is my bag as well and he said “I didn’t say it wasn’t”. I was only trying to be helpful !!!!! Rude and unfriendly, hence he didn’t get a tip!

  Booked the roundtrip transfer from the LV Airport to the Linq Hotel when we got close to the hotel I was informed that I was being dropped off away from the Linq due to construction and I had to walk down the street to the hotel through traffic with no sidewalk dragging my luggage at midnight When I called to arrange to be picked up I was inform that I had to again walk to another hotel my flight was scheduled for departure at 6AM so I would be picked up at 3AM meaning I would have to leave the Linq at 230AM I called and cancelled the return portion and took a taxi at 4AM in front of the Linq Hotel.
