Tasting the various specialties of the the region and learning about Lima through the eyes of the talented tour guide.

This was such a cool way to see a different part of the city. I loved that we went to the area where the fishing boats come in and man that food was delicious! Then a market, and seeing lively Barranco. Very cool experience.

Wonferful Lima Food Tour. Aura was our guide and she was excellent. She was enthusiastic and took us to the fish market on the water, then a food market where we she explained the names and types of Peruvian fruits and vegetables. We had a wonderful lunch followed by a walk around Barranco where we looked at the outdoor murals, old buildings and walked across the Bridge of Sighs. Highly recommend.

Our tour with Aura was excellent. She arrived punctually and whisked us straight off to the small fishing port of Chorillos. Here we were given a tour of the fish market (beautiful fresh fish displays), a chance to watch the gulls and pelicans and one of the retired fishermen mending nets at lightning speed! From the market we walked across to “a hole in the wall” (small cafe) where we sampled delicious freshly fried sardines in a bun with a little onion pickled in lime. After this treat we were taken to the fruit and vegetable market in Burranco. The displays were beautiful and we were given a opportunity to try some of Peru’s fresh fruits, which were shared upstairs in a small cafe. Fresh ceviche, succulent fried fish and Peruvian style paella. Off to the market in the park to try a whole selection of hot homemade desserts! After all this delicious food we were then taken on a tour of the street murals which define this area and a chance to peruse the work of Jade Rivera in his gallery. Our tour ended with a walk across the bridge of sighs, whilst enjoying the celebrations of young students who were graduating. A fabulous morning out all round . Thank you Aura for being so friendly, knowledgeable and kind.

Fantastic tour guided by Aurora who really knew her stuff. She apparently has befriended certain vendors in the markets who were very accommodating. We feasted on selected fruits corn products like a soup and the purple juice and ceviche

Great tour! Our guide was Yahaira. She was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. We did this on our first day in Lima, it was a great immersion and way to start

If you like exploring different foods in a new country, then this tour is for you! We loved it from start to finish. The street food was so good, and trying a little bit of everything gave us a great idea of what locals love to eat in Peru. Our tour guide was excellent.

We booked the food and art tour first and had a wonderful time with our tour guide Aura! She's knowledgeable, kind, professional, and passionate. She answered all kinds of questions we asked and is so friendly! We loved Aura so much that we immediately booked another tour with her the next day exploring Shanty Town. We also loved that this company is nonprofit, part of the price we paid for the first tour went to help the shanty town community, and all the money we paid for the shanty town tour goes to the community! Loved how this company is helping the people and place!

Aura, our guide and Tony, our driver were great! We would never have been able to see all the sights and understand without them. We all had a great time!

This gastronomic tour was the very least delightful. Submerging into one can't visit Perú and not endulge in its cuisine. Yahaira was an excellent guide and made the tour fun and worthwhile.
