I had an absolutely fantastic time on the walking tour of Lima! Our guide, Pamela, was very knowledgeable, engaging and made the day very enjoyable. The sites were great, with a variety of places visited to keep things interesting. The trip to the market was a highlight and the food was excellent and very traditional. I highly recommend Haku Tours.

Our groupe of ten really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide Pamela had very good english and during the tour of the historical center and the Catacombs, her knowledge of the history and culture was very informative. We had a nice visit at the local market where we tasted exotic fruits and a delicious Peruvian Churro. At lunch, we had typical peruvian food, like ceviche, paella with camarones, and potato rolls. We also went to the Inca market for best prices on souvenirs. Our drive through Miraflores and Barranco was a joy. We saw many colorful murals. Our driver, Daniel, got us back on time to the ship. I would recommend Haku tours to anyone visiting Lima.

The tour as excellent and the guide showed us a lot, both on the Lima coast as well as in the city inclusive Kennedy Park and Love Park. There was no time for the Inca market as we had limited time due to our check in time at the airport. Pick up in the morning from Plaza San Miguel was excellent. Also we were dropped at the airport as requested from our side.

We did a tour from the cruise port in Callao to Lima. The tour included transportation from the dock and a small amount of walking through the historic areas and a stop for lunch. Our tour guide Rodrigo was prompt and waiting when the ship docked. Rodrigo is very knowledgeable and showed us a wonderful time in Lima. He was considerate and he obviously enjoys his work and loves his city. I would highly recommend this agency and we always try to find tours that give back to the country and this one does just that

We did the city tour with airport pickup and drop off. We had Jonathan gave us our tour and would definitely recommend him. He was so knowledgeable. The whole company's motto is really commendable. Our drivers were also very friendly and knowledgeable about their city. I really enjoyed the small group tour and the flexibility the company has as far as pick ups and drop offs (although plan well because traffic in Lima is a serious issue) . Next time I'm in Peru I will definitely use Haku tours again. Thanks for a great time.

When deciding on a Lima tour, Haku Tours caught my eye. Owned and operated locally (by Inca descendants no less), I was impressed that 100% of Haku tour profits support social programs in the shanty towns of Lima. They offer a wide variety of tours, something for everyone depending on your interests and time. Haku Tours is flexible, which allowed me to arrange a morning city tour before my afternoon flight to Cusco. Hotel pick-up and airport drop-off made it convenient. What really made the tour memorable was my guide, Lucas. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable (spoke great English too) – the morning flew by as I admired the sights of Lima’s UNESCO protected historical center. I even enjoyed an impromptu Pisco sour at the legendary Bar Cordano. What a fantastic tour, guide, and company!

We had made arrangements for pickup at our hotel at the airport via the internet. The driver, Alejandro, arrived on time. The vehicle was clean and neat. The traffic in Lima is crazy and so we were glad to have an experienced driver! We met Pamela downtown and started our tour at the plaza. Pamela pointed out interesting things (the llama on the statue's head), the different styles of architecture and shared the history of the area. We visited the Catacombs of the Convent of San Francisco which I hadn't realized was on the schedule so a very nice surprise. Our tour ended with a warm churro! Great way to spend a couple of hours in Lima.

My friend and I booked with Haku last minute, a few days before our arrival in Lima, booking airport transfers as well as the Lima City Tour (with pickup from our hotel and not the airport). Haku’s office staff promptly communicated throughout the booking and trip, making our short stay in Lima very easy and extra enjoyable Our drivers were always on time and excellent navigators around city traffic. Pamela was a wonderful guide. She is very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions on a variety of subjects. It was a busy day but got to see the highlights of Lima. We especially enjoyed the fruit tasting at the market! We also appreciated that Haku’s profits support local communities.

My husband and I had a 17 hour layover in Lima from Cusco and we contacted Haku Tours fairly last minute to get a tour of the city. They were able to customize a tour for us that included pick up and drop off at the airport and the whole day in the city with 2 different tour guides. We were picked up in a very nice van and taken to see the archeological site of Pachacamac where our guide, Jimmy, gave us the most interesting tour of the site. We really enjoyed learning the history about this amazing place. We then joined up with more tourists for the Kings and Queens part of the city tour in Lima's main square and explored the catacombs of San Francisco Monastery. Very neat and unnerving at the same time. Our guide Jimmy was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. We really enjoyed his company. After that tour, we left Jimmy and were introduced to Natalie who would be our guide for dinner and the evening section of our tour. You could tell the Haku's tour guides really love what they do and that is definately reflected in the knowledge they want to share with their clients. Natalie took us to see the Magic Water and Lasers Dance Show (which we highly recommend seeing at night). It was a beautiful way to end our day in Lima and a memory we'll treasure. Thank you Jimmy and Natalie for turning a really long layover into a memorable adventure!

I had 1 day left in Lima and really wanted to do something so I emailed this tour company at 9pm the night before the day I wanted to do the tour they email me back saying they will pick me up from my hotel and what the cost was (expecting to be in a large group) I was still very happy with $99 for an 8 hour tour, so I got picked up and found out the tour was only me and the tour guide, he mentioned that the largest group they do is 6, but the historical and cultural information that was give to me was fantastic I could highly recommend this to anyone.
