On time and easy after a long flight. The driver was helpful and courteous. The van was in good condition and easily fit all our suitcases. Very helpful service late at night.
DON’T use this company! My flight was delayed 3 hours because of bad weather. I contacted this company to update my arrival time. I was told sorry….we are busy and you need to rebook….and pay again of course. I am a 76 year old woman traveling alone to Lisbon. It had a happy ending. I found a wonderful taxi/driver for less money and he delivered me safely to my hotel. And no refund from this company of course.
Driver did not show up. We waited for an extra 15 minutes. We have to take 2 taxis to get to our hotel.
To your attention, last night you were supposed to pick us up from the airport at 6:00 PM and were waiting and waiting until 7:45 PM . No body came and Our name did not even appear at the meeting point and nobody came for us. This was a very unpleasant situation.
There were six people in our group. The big van was not available but the driver provided 2 vehicles so we were on our way in good time
Helped us with our luggage and got us to our hotel quickly. The vehicle was plenty big for the 4 of us and our 8 cases. Couldnt have been any better.
Driver never showed up. MTS had no record of the reservation I booked and paid for through your site.
No one show up at the airport. Waited an hour. Called the contact no but they said my booking no not matched. I basically got run around and airport personnel help me to order Uber at the end.
My driver was very respectful and personable. He enlighten me to many Portgese customs and culinary aspects that I was not aware of. I enjoyed my ride very much and can't wait to try some of the things he suggested such as the cable cars.
Very well organized, instructions were clear and airport concierge called our driver took us to him when he arrived! Felt safe for 2 girls who’ve never been to the city! Definitely recommend!
