Philip was a terrific guide for this tour-knowledgeable, funny and very good English. It was a perfect size group and I was surprised at how much food and drink we were served. More than a “tasting” for sure. A great introduction to Lisbon!!

Jose was an excellent guide sharing the interesting history of Portugal and it’s food. I never would have been able to find the items that he selected for the tour and I am so glad that I did it. I was able to have a great group to tour with and it was an incredible experience. If you’re a foodie like me this is the tour for you!

Sofia was great! It was a very cool experience. The food was also good, and the wine. Make sure she tells you the “creepy”, portugués version of Romeo & Juliet

  • 09-Aug-2023

This was a really fun experience! Our tour guide Joana was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and funny. We learned a lot about portuguese food and drinks without it feeling like a lecture, and had lots of opportunities to ask questions and got very thorough answers in return. We visited hidden gems around lisbon that we otherwise would have never found and tried some truly wonderful things. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour, and Joana in particular!

Alex was engaging and funny. She led us on a tour of culinary delights that connected us with the culture and history of Portugal. It was fun, educational and most importantly, delicious.

Small group of 6 couples, Daniel was an excellent, animated, knowledgeable, fun loving young man. 3 1/2 hour, short walk, 5 stop tour with a nice variety of food and drink.

  • 06-Aug-2023

This tour was amazing. I highly recommend having Daniel as your tour guide as he was so helpful, polite and engaging with the group. The food and wine that we tried was excellent and a great taste of the Portuguese culture. One recommendation I would have for the Tour company would be to add a stop for Portuguese tarts as that is a highlight for many peoples first trip to Portugal. This tour was a great bang for your buck and one of our favourite things we did in Lisbon!
