Very interesting visit, we have learned a lot about cambodian people, its a nice approach to reality of the country outside the tourist spots. We had fun and a great time riding the bikes, the view of the rice fields was beautiful, we taste a lot of things and our guide was super friendly and responsible. Highly recommended tour. Thank you Phalla!

I highly recommend booking a tour with Soksabike! I had a most wonderful day and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the tour. It was just the perfect mix of cycling, learning about customs and culture, meeting local people and learn about their produce and lives, sampling some delicious snacks and understand more about Cambodia‘s (rural) economy and the challenges the young generation is facing. The gear provided was excellent and only topped by my knowledgeable, professional and extremely talented guide. I am grateful for Pitou‘s willingness to answer all of my questions, his wonderful humour and great way to introduce me into the local families‘ homes. I felt expertly guided and very safe while cycling. I just love the concept of the tour and the approach the company has taken to tourism in the Battambang area.

Everything was superb about this cycle ride. I was picked up to go to the office. Then Pictou was my guide all day. His English is excellent and he gave me so much interesting information about all aspects of Cambodian life. He was happy to answer my questions and interested in my comments. The cycling was easy and there were many snack stops to understand different local products, their profitability and then sample them. Lunch in a family home was very tasty and the Killing fields memorial thought provoking. A superb day if you want to learn about Cambodia today and I would really recommend Pictou for any guiding.

Excellent tour. We had a really good guide who was very informative, very helpful and spoke good English. We had an interesting tour around local countryside and villages and got to see and learn about the 'real' Cambodia off the beaten tourist track.

Worth every penny! An authentic experience with a very knowledgeable and nice guide. The tour company focuses on sustainable tourism and giving back to the local community, which is highly appreciated.

Absolutely the best and most organized trip. No better way to get to see the local area that no guide book can give you. I would do it again.

This is an amazing experience! We were very grateful to have had owner Paul as our guide; he is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful. The tour gives you the opportunity to visit small home-based businesses (rice paper, banana snacks, rice wine), cycle through the countryside, and enjoy a lovely home-cooked Khmer lunch. It is hot in the dry season, but we had plenty of well-timed breaks to rest in some shade and purified water was provided so we stayed hydrated. The cycling route is well-chosen to stay on quiet and peaceful country roads that are safe for the not-very-experienced biker. The start and end in the city of Battambang involves crossing some busy intersections, but your guide will help you time your crossing properly. I especially appreciated this tour because it was done sensitively and respectfully to the local people whose homes we visited. Our guide taught us to say hello and goodbye in Khmer, and every family we visited received payment. Paul knows all the people we are visiting well, and so the feeling is warm and relaxed. It is a type of community-based tourism that is anchored in the local community.
