The tour with Enrique (Henry) in Playa del Carmen was fantastique! We went to small restaurants and I ate the best mole in years. I recommend to do this at the start of you r holiday. So you know where to go to get the best Mexican food. He also provides infromation about Carmen and sites in Carmen. All within walking distance. I also liked the fact it was non-alcoholic. You can drink so much more than water, cola, of orange juice. Thanks for the experience!

Alejandro was wonderful and very knowledgeable, he did not just talk about the food but he also talked about the history of the place and the murals. You could really see the place through his eyes and he was very passionate about the topics

I did this tour with my family (party of 10) . We met the tour guide Alejandro in town and was easy to find. We started with a little background history of playa del Carmen, saw some Murials and we went to 5 or 6 different places. My family really liked the tour and the tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and anticipated our needs. We did a lot of walking but was good because we were so full after the tour. Would highly recommend.

This was so much more than a food tour! Our guide, Enrique, told many stories, talked about history, showed us neighborhoods and murals. The food was very good and interesting ranging from mushroom tacos to aguas frescas and ice cream. We went back to one of the restaurants the next day. This tour really added to our enjoyment of Playa Del Carmen.

Annie was great! Food and drinks were good. Very filling. By the time it was over, I couldn’t eat or drink anything else.
-
I wasn't a fan of Playa de Carmen. Very pushy sales people using tricky tactics to get you in the store
-
Enrique took us off the tourist path to help us discover the playa that local foodies love. His insights into the cuisine and personal experiences as a local for more than 30 years really made our tour. And we can’t rave enough about the food. The mole….the tacos….the agua fresca….it was all amazing!

A must-do! We did this on our first night in Playa del Carmen and it was such a great way to get to experience places I probably wouldn't have chosen myself. However, I would've missed out on some really tasty, really authentic Mexican food. Abbey was our tour guide and she was excellent. She guided us around to these amazing restaurants and gave us some history and cultural points as we walked around. She was so friendly and informative. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. But if I can give you one tip, come on an empty stomach beacuse there is so much good food on this tour, you'd be twice the size finishing 😜

We went for an our honeymoon. We had Paola as our guide and we rate her 100!! She was great she gave history lessons, pointed out special places and gave the meaning and history behind all the food. The food places were great all the people were so nice. Would do it again just from our experience with Paola.

We had a great time with our tour guide Enrique, request him if you can! He was both fun & very knowledgeable, a must combination for a worthwhile tour!
