Very enjoyable and informative tour of this enchanting 200 yo distillery with enthusiastic and entertaining guides and of course enjoyed the tasting. The overall trip to Loch Lommond and our coach drivers guide's informative commentary, especially the story of the High road and the Low road was very entertaining. Also enjoyed the cosy Pub at Loch Lommond. Well worth the trip.

Perfect
The guide was very funny and spoke slowly. The tour was awesome due also to wonderful sunny weather.
The distillery was very interesting.
It makes a difference between landscapes and castles -
Ben was our tour guide and driver. He was fantastic! Loch Lomond wasn't much to see it's a lake...with a ton of people enjoying the perfect day the whisky tour was very interesting and I'm not a whisky fan. Ben played some great Scottish music and told us a lot of interesting stories, knew a lot about whisky and answered our questions.

-
Nice half day tour to see the most famous distillery close to Glasgow. Lake is not that impressive but distillery is worth it!
-
We loved this but some people might be hesitant. Great guide and information, good use of time- gave us a choice of shops or a walk near the lake. We were the only ones who chose the walk in gardens as it was raining well, it's Scotland!, and we enjoyed it- though didn't see as much of the lake as we would have liked. Distillery was fascinating and their whiskey is delicious! Couldn't hear everything in the distillery due to accent of local guide and noise of environment, but was still interesting.
-
A real rip off.. All we got to see of Loch Lomond was a distant view surrounded by a shopping center enviroment....no drive to see the loch in its natural state. The whiskey distillery was a rip off also. They charge 8 lbs for one taste and 10lbs for two sips. The most enjoyable part at the distillery was using an actual "Crapper" toilet with the that brand name on it. Otherwise a waist of time. If you want to see the loch...hire a taxi or drive your self and avoid this scam of a tour

Very informative on Scottish history and friendly tour of the distillery.

The trip was enjoyable but not great. Tour guide had trouble with mike in bus so we didn't get a lot of info.
You need to make it clearer on the listing that the distillery tour is not included in the price or you could include it.
