The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

For International flights the driver will be waiting by the information desk holding a sign with the passengers name 30 minutes after the flight has landed. The driver will then wait a further 1 hour before leaving the airport. That is a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes after the flight has landed. If your flight is delayed more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, surcharges will apply.

For european and local flights the driver will be by the information desk 15 minutes after the flight has landed and will wait a further 1 hour. If your flight is delayed more than 1 hour, surcharges will apply.

Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the scheduled departure time, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel between 4 to 7 Calendar days before scheduled tour departure,the cancellation charge will be 50% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel at least 8 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive Full Refund for the paid amount.
  • Please note that in case of No show, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the listed tour fare.
  • Please note tours booked using discount coupon codes will be non refundable.

  • DRIVER WAS LATE

  • Absolutely best way to get from Heathrow to the city!!!

  • Although our plane was late landing in Heathrow, we had difficulty locating the driver for our transfer to our London hotel.
    The Customer Service rep for the local travel company City Tours was very helpful and courteous and stayed on the phone until we located our driver who was not where she was supposed to be according to Viator's own instructions. However, she was pleasant enough and knew how to get us to our hotel. Although we felt safe with her driving, she did have a tendency to flash her lights and honk her horn at other drivers - sometimes with no apparent other cars nearby. The vehicle was roomy enough and relatively clean but not a luxury vehicle. All in all, the trip was fine.

  • The chauffeur was in the waiting hall to receive us on time. Very attentive and professional.

  • Our flight from JFK to Gatwick was delayed. Immediately after meeting the driver he mentioned that he had been waiting for too long. He wanted us to pay him extra (in cash) which we refused. Would not recomend to book through this service provider.

  • THE COMPANY LOST MY BOOKING DESPITE HAVING MADE IT MONTHS IN ADVANCE....ONLY DISCOVERED THIS BECAUSE I CALLED 2 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO RECONFIRM THAT THEY WOULD BE THERE AND READY TO TAKE ON LOTS OF LUGGAGE AS I HAVE ALSO DONE WHEN BOOKING. I COULD NOT FIND ANY CONTACT INFO FOR VIATOR ANYWHERE SO COULD NOT CALL THEM!
    THEY PROMISED THE DRIVER WOULD BE THERE BY THE TIME MY FLIGHT LANDED...WHICH HE WASN'T. WAITED 30 MINUTES ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT ALL OF MY LUGGAGE MAY NOT FIT IN THE VEHICLE.
    THE DRIVER - LUGGAGE WAS PUT INTO THE CAR NO PROBLEM- DRIVER WAS A LOVELY MAN-FRIENDLY RESPECTFUL AND HELPFUL.

  • There was no one to meet me at Heathrow, although my flight was on time. There were other drivers from City Transfers UK waiting at arrivals who told me that my driver had just gone back to the car and would be back immediately. Shown to be completely untrue. After waiting for 20 minutes in arrivals, I called City Transfers and was put on hold for 9 minutes. When they finally answered, they told me to wait at a coffeeshop in the arrivals area. It was another 15 minutes before the driver finally appeared, saying he was waiting at the other end. Which, of course, makes no sense since the other drivers were waiting in the right place. Once he arrived, the driver was congenial and helpful and got me to the hotel directly. I would never use this service again.
