I didn't have time to use this attraction. London is a huge city and I allowed myself too little time.

  • 03-Sep-2017

We couldn't use the tour bus. London was very busy and the bus stop had changed and nobody seemed to be able to help.

  • 23-Jan-2017

Easy to use and saved us . Can upgrade on the day too! We used this on the London Eye and just paid the difference to skip the line!

Picking up the card turned out to be a hassle partially because the place I went to to pick it up didn't know how to program it. They figured it out but the vendors should be better prepared. Madame Tussauds does NOT take these cards. Getting there 20 min's before they opened and then another hour in line just to have them say they don't take iVenture cards after getting to the reception desk was pretty annoying. I was able to use it for some other places but I don't know if I'd be inclined to ever get another one.

The iventure card was the best decision we took when travelling with kids. We liked the options provided on the card also.
But the only issue we faced problem with was the selection of the tourist bus transport CITY TOUR, it was a hopeless service as the bus could not be located, maybe your company should come in partnership with another bus tour company which is famous and reputed in London.
    Thanks

    Good value for money .

The I-Venture Card is great money saving way to a la carte your activities. I purchased the 3 activity card and it wasn't enough. In hindsight, I should've bought the 5 pack to maximize the value. If you are debating the I-Venture and The London Pass, don't ! Just buy both of them if your stay is at least 4 days. Also at LHR, buy the Oyster Card separately to save money

We were disppointed with nearly every aspect of this card. First, upon arrival at Heathrow it took us forever to find where to exchange our voucher and walked in circles with heavy bags for quite some time before we found someone who had even heard of the card. We purchased the 7 attaction pass, and struggled to use all 7, we did do the London Eye, Thames River Cruise, which was just a cruise with no commentary of what you were seeing. We did get theatre tickets, but you need to book early again, had to go to a specific location to book the show and the shows available are limited. We also did an Afternoon Tea at Cafe Concerto beware not all of the Cafe Concerto's accept the card, also beware if you are looking for an authentic Tea experience this will be disappointing, ours was not very good but thankfully we had already done an excellent one elsewhere. And the Bus, there are several Hop On / Off buses in London and this one appears to have the least frequency and fewer drop off than the others, For every one of our bus we saw at least 4 or 5 of the Big Bus and the Original Hop Ons/ Hops Offs. Thsi was probably the biggest let down as we had hoped to use it more frequently but because it was so challenging we only ended up using it a few times, there are 2 loops but we only managed to catch the bus for the same loop each time. While you might save money buying this rather than the individual tickets once there, we felt constricted by this and frustrated with trying to find where to catch the bus, exchange the voucher, book the theatre, etc... You will find yourself wasting a lot of your precious time locating these places and waiting for the bus.

I liked it very much, mainly because I was not restricted in time, I could use it when I wanted, that was main difference from London pass which I had too. I went to the Shard, St Paul's Cathedral and London Eye, everything was Ok.

We collected tickets from London Euston station although the staff there did not know how to issue them ! took 30 mins to get sorted. we still had to queue at attractions to be issued with a paper ticket before being allowed entry again took on average 15 mins Madame Tussauds over an hour ! we did save money overall but not the quick pass that we were given to understand .
