    I booked the "Best of London" tour through Expedia, The tour did not include several of the things that were advertised (most notably the London Eye and the changing of the guard). When I complained to the tour guide (who was rude and generally unpleasant), he suggested that I contact the company for a partial refund. I did that and they declined the refund. Stay away from this company.

    Our guide Carol was outstanding. She provided loads of information about London and each of the areas that we were guided through. Sorry we didnt get a picture of her to remember this trip, she was one of the memories we will treasure.

    Had a lovely time, John was a great tour guide! He told amazing stories, and was very personable, as a retired actor he made the tour that much more enjoyable.

    We had several issues with this tour. We paid for the London Eye add on, and we were brought there after dark. The whole point was to see a 45 mile view around London, and we couldn’t see see anything. Secondly, our guide brought us to a fish and chips stand for lunch, which he described as “the best in London”. It was actually terrible, and we threw the lunch away uneaten. We then discovered much better options on our own. At the Tower of London, we spent almost the entire allocated time to standing in line for the Crown Jewels. We did not get to see the many other interesting places on site. We should have been given the option of skipping the Crown Jewels and taken on a guided tour of the torture chambers, armor exhibits and other history on site. Finally, the tour ended an hour and a half later than advertised, meaning we had to skip our dinner reservations to make it to an evening show for which we had tickets.

    Too many people on the tour. The guide was terrific. However, she was managing way too many guests. The ratio was at least 45:1.

    This tour was one of the many highlights of our trip to London. If you get Ben as your guide you are in luck. He was knowledgable, extremely friendly, and interesting to listen to. They took us to many highlights on a very clean coach bus. The boat ride on river thames was a highlight, and the guide on the boat was also great! I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting London for the first time! Thank you, Ben!

    John was fantastic at the knowledge and history of the tour. The Tower of London was packed and took 1.5 hours to see the Crown Jewels.

    We took the best of London today. It was great! The tour guide was very informative and friendly. Would love to have him as a guide again. River cruise at the end was okay. The weather was not the best for cruise- rainy and cold and the boat was completely full. I didn’t feel like it was a cruise-more like a passenger boat from point a to b. If you’re looking for an experience for a relaxing cruise, I would definitely choose a different one.
