We arrived at Heathrow and our driver was a no show. I had to call twice to get someone there that we paid for 7/8/2017 and confirmed on 9/4/2017. Very disappointed.

it was ok not bad but they were late on picking us up didn't know who we were looking for we had to contact ourself the company to see what was going on we didn't get a call saying that our driver was going to be late and we had a cruise ship to catch the driver was nice

Despite a number of emails confirming the details, the service was not at the airport when we arrived. It took a call and an hour long wait to correct the situation. Fortunately, a driver was promply dispatched and everything from that point went fine.
