Your driver will be waiting with a nameboard by the brown piano opposite the Eurostar Exit sliding doors and will transfer you accordingly to your accommodation/hotel.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) Procedures: As a family run provider of transfer, chauffeur and site seeing services. City Transfers is committed to your safety in the new normal and that of its driver team. To that end, we have implemented the following measures: Daily health checks, all drivers will take temperature tests and check for symptoms daily before beginning shifts. We request that passengers similarly ensure that they are asymptomatic before travelling with us. Chauffeurs will greet guests verbally instead of a handshake, they will still offer to assist with luggage but will sanitise handles after handling. All drivers will wear masks and hands will be sanitised regularly before, during and after / in between services. Passengers must wear face masks at all times. The front passenger seat alongside the driver will not be available for travellers use. Drivers will wipe external and internal door handles after every trip. Drivers will have sanitiser (60% + alcohol) and / or wipes available at all times. Drivers will turn aircon and ventilation to circulate external air not internal air.

The brand of vehicle used will vary.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

This transfer does NOT service hotels in the Docklands area.

Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.

    No show by the driver, on arrival when We arrived I checked my phone and a text was sent earlier inquiring time in and train no. This info was given on my booking and the confirmation came back so I assumed all good. I have used VisTor for my whole trip and this was my first problem. I believe I should be refunded the cost, as no driver was sent because it was not confirmed.

    Arrived at St Pancras Eurostar station on time 1130am on June 25, 2022 (Sat). The driver was not their in the dept arrival area. Waited till 1220pm . Had to even asked police for help. This company is like what previous people or persons posted that driver’s were a no show . I should have listen to my instinct.

    Train was delayed, were able to update provider through the app and they rescheduled for us. Great service!

    My booking was to greet and pick up my 70 year old uncle from St. Pancras. They took the fee from my card, confirmed the booking, providing all the details. They then cancelled just 5 minutes later saying no availability and it would take 3-5 days to refund. Experience was disappointing, will not be recommending this service to anyone

    We had to wait almost an hour to our destination.

    Once the driver was there, he was wonderful, but no one was waiting for us with our name card as mentioned. The experience was just average.

    Our driver arrived at the hotel on time. He loaded all of our bags into the van, and he told us exactly when we would arrived at St. Pancras. Once we were there, he unloaded everything, and told us exactly where we should go. I loved already having our ride to and from the hotel booked. It gave us peace of mind and we knew we would get there on time.

    Communication between and local ride provider resulted in over an hour and a half wait at station. There was also confusion in finally getting a driver and the local provider had zero sense of urgency saying only they did not have out train number. This info was communicated at booking but must not have been relayed to local provider. That is on Viator in my opinion.

    Driver didn’t show up. Our train arrives at 1:25 pm. We got to arrival at 1:30. Driver was not there. Waited for 1.5 hr, I called company. Super said he will be at the station in 5 to 10 min. No show up.
