We have done many guided tours, this was the first one that took you too the attaction and dropped you off, and said I'll see ya on the other side! really, whats a guided about that? I could have found my way to the attraction by myself. Guide was great, Chris would be an excelent general london guide, Tickets were also not sent to me, so we had to spend first hour traking down someone to get tickets to attraction.
