Leuke markt. Heenreis vanuit Lagos gezien de afstand wat lang(2,5 uur). Terugreis sneller. Pick up keurig op tijd.

Visit the market on a Saturday so you get to see both markets (Gypsy - Gifts and Jewellery and Teaditional - fresh fish and food). Nice places to eat and have a drink. Cash is used in the gypsy market.

Unfortunately our ticket said we would be picked up at 9.30, but we were not informed it had changed to 8.30, so we missed the tour. Viator have refused to refund us so I would not recommend using this company to anyone

Loule market was very varied with a wide variety of items. The stall holders were all very friendly would highly recommend a visit.

The tour delivered exactly what it offered. Pick-up from our hotel was on time. The tour guide offered some information about the area and Loulé itself while driving to town. That being said, the market was a bit underwhelming. I had hoped to see more artisan stalls and handicrafts. Overall, I am glad to have taken a tour to see a bit of a different sight of the Algarve.

We recently visited Loule, and because we had not hired a car, we took the train from Faro. Easy journey and only cost ca €7 return for the two of us. Imagine our surprise when we got off the train to find that the actual town of Loule was over 6 km away! We took a taxi there and back which added another €16 to the cost. The town itself is wonderful, and in summer they must be bursting at the seams! The advice is to take a direct bus from Faro, or anywhere! Enjoy your visit though, you'll love it!

We booked this tour via Viator which has many different excursions. We picked this one as we wanted to see a different town further away from the hotel and being 3 girls we love to shop. Our tour guide Victor was informative and friendly and picked us up from the hotel next door to us which was great. The markets were good to see, the gypsy one being more on the cost effective side with traditional items and bags. The other one was market metropole which was a lovely 15-20 min walk away where you pass by some old houses and shops through a narrow lane. Lovely photo opportunities. The market had many different fruits, spices, traditional items etc. Both markets were lovely to see and we were given a decent amount of time to explore of around 3 hours. I would definitely recommend this as Loulé is a Beautiful place. A bonus for us was the Christmas decor as we went in December.

Average experience.Due to being out of holiday season, rather quiet. Not a great selection.Cheap clothes etc.Not really worth the effort.

Visited both Gypsy and Main Market. Former mostly Bags/ clothing etc and main market foodstuffs /flowers etc. Lovely old buildings. Great atmosphere. Nice short trip from Albufeira. Recommend tour group. Representative on bus extremely knowledgeable. Multi lingual and an expert historian. Well worth the money just to hear his history lesson .

Très beau marché, très complet et super animé. A ne pas manquer si vous passez à Loule. La ville est également à voir
