The tour start at the square Dominique Peyramale, priest of Lourdes in the town center of Lourdes. We will visit her small house from where she and her sister left in the morning of February 11th to collect dry wood at The grotto for their home fireplace.
Following the path of Bernadette will visit the first house where she was born and lived until she was 10 years old before we will get to the
presbytery where she was preparing her first communion at the time f the apparitions ( A very nice place for a photo with the beautiful sculpture of Bernadette).
Walking through the narrow street of the old city we will reach the Sanctuary.
Your guide will lead you through the steps to follow before visiting The grotto as though to Bernadette at the time.
Go then to the grotto your guide will point out the place where Lady Mary indicate Bernadette to find the holy fountain.
You can in the interior of the grotto fulfill your needs and pray.
Your guide will take you to the bath area if you plan to do so.
If not, your guide will cross the bridge with you to help you light the candles same way Bernadette did. At this place your guide will tell the facts of each 18 apparitions of Holy Mary.
We will visit the 4 Basilicas as well as the Crypt and Saint Bernadette relic.
