Service at the breakfast spot was slow and we seemed to be on the tail end of the rush at 9am. Skip the tour and go early for breakfast on your own. The tour cost was really high (maybe the entrance fee to the museum increases that price alot?) but the tour was really quick and over in about 2 hours. Felt very rushed.

We met our first guide in the courtyard in front of the pyramids and he escorted us over to the cafe overlooking the entrance to the Louvre. We had a nice breakfast of pastry, tea & omelette (not included we opted to paid out of pocket). The food was the perfect fuel for our adventures and I will admit it was fun to watch the admission line grow, knowing we weren't going to have to be apart of it. When we finished we walked over to the Arch and found Wendy, our guide. Luckily (for us anyways) the rest of our tour was caught in traffic and our trio wound up having Wendy to ourselves. It was so nice. She asked us what we wanted to see and we put a game plan together. She navigated us thru security and to parts of the museum that we probably would have missed. It was a relief to have someone show us around such a huge museum. The place is heavily trafficked and I know that we would have gotten frustrated and left missing a lot of wonderful stuff. I will and have recommended this tour to friends. It's a small splurge, but worth it.

I was at the Louvre just before Christmas. Been many times before. Skipped the line to see da Vinci exhibition. Straight in. No hassle. The best exhibition I’ve ever seen. I have taught art and design for 40 years. I was always led to believe that few of his works survive. Totally untrue. Large collection of some absolutely wonderful draughtsmanship drawings and colour work. Truly an experience of a lifetime. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed. Cheers jb

There are words- this tour was absolutely amazing- John our tour guide was one in a million- His intense knowledge about the works of art that we were seeing was far beyond what I could have ever hoped for- We were fortunate enough to be in a very small (my husband and myself with 1 other couple) tour group- He went above and beyond - explaining different things in great detail. I am so impressed! Thank you!!!

Lovely...perfect way to see the Louvre. Make sure to take the long walk and see the Garden of Tulleries (rides and snacks) Ferris wheel offers fantastic scenery of Effiel Tower and Louvre. Breakfast is very simple just juice, croissant and coffee. (Water was extra???)

There is something decadent about watching the queue grow for the Louvre opening while you enjoy your croissants and coffee...only to meet up with your guide and walk right in! Highly recommend! Our guide had a passion and knowledge about the Louvre and its artwork that were infectious and made this very enjoyable, as he showcased really popular items as well as some lesser known personal favorites or ones he thought we might like based upon our comments and questions....he was truly exceptional! And his skills at helping us to navigate the inevitable crowds were also on point. We really enjoyed this and would do this again.
