  Great on-time transportation and tour along the way from Montego Bay by Jevoni! Professional every step of the way and the Luminous Lagoon is a must visit. Shout out to Shamelia for coordinating everything for us. Best tour ever!

  The luminous lagoon is amazing and I would highly recommend. Our guide Nicholas with Jamaica Best Tours went above and beyond to make it an amazing experience. He got us to the front of the line so we were first on the boat and he got us a spot up front for the fire show after. He consistently checked in on us to see if we needed anything and gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip. We highly recommend this excursion, or any excursion with Nichola!

  This is an underrated, but pretty spectacular experience if you’ve never swam in a bioluminescent ocean before. Our host was fun and knowledgeable and safety was their first concern for all. The only negative experience about this was the “paparazzi“ photos. While I understand it is difficult to photograph at night in a luminous bay, the pictures they took were just terrible. Every photo of us was either with our eyes closed or looking away or some other Poor photographic skill that could’ve been corrected especially considering they wanted an additional $25 to transfer the electronic photos to your phone. It literally cost them nothing since it’s on a digital camera. I would suggest they invest in a telephoto lens instead of asking patrons to swim uncomfortably close to an idling motor so the photographer can get a closer picture. Aside from poor pictures, this was a great experience swimming amongst the bioluminescence. It was like watching blue smoke just appear off my fingertips. I highly suggest moving further away from the crowd to see the most reactive light. The water was calm and motionless so even the most seasickness prone can enjoy this.

  We used Best Jamaica for both private trips to and from our airbnb and to the Luminous Lagoon and the Martha Brae Raft. Their prices were more reasonable than their competitors. Our driver Vernon aka Cupcake was awesome! They were easy to communicate with (via whatsapp). We felt safe as he drove very carefully. He was more than a driver, he was like our guide.

  Amazing tour guide on the boat and our driver too and from the Glistening Waters was amazing. That water was amazing and awesome to witness and swim in.

  Unfortunately the waters wasn't it that luminus on the date of my tour... And I read that the boats ruin the actual enviroment, don't know if it is true

  What can i say that isn't obvious from the title? My family and i used Best Jamaica for a couple of tours on our recent trip. Shemeila (spelling?) couldn't be more amazing! She literally messaged me instantly whenever i had questions (and i had many!). Our driver (Rodrick) was waiting for us at the exact time of pick up. He was very professional and made sure my 5 year old was seated properly in the booster seat. There was car trouble, and he informed us exactly what was going on and still got us to the excursion safely. He made sure we got our tickets with no problem and walked us to the boat. By the time we finished, there was a new car waiting for us to take us back. Unfortunately due to illness, we missed our second excursions we had booked. I messaged Shemeila the day before worried about cancelling, she couldn't have been more understanding and professional. I would not use anyone else in Jamaica but them!

  We just got back from Jamaica and used Best Jamaica for our Airport Transfers and to tour the Luminous Lagoon. All the drives were very professional and all communication with the company was excellent and timely. When we arrived at the airport our greeter took us immediately outside the terminal and called the driver and remained with us until we were in the vehicle and on the way to the hotel. This treatment did not stop on our tour to the Luminous Lagoon. Our driver picked us up in a very nice bus (room for 12), took us to the Lagoon, escorted us to get our tickets, made sure we got on the boat, and was right at the dock when we got off to take us right back to the bus and back to the hotel. I will use this company for all my tours and transportation needs the next time we are in Jamaica. Being able to pay via Paypal was very convenient and made things very easy. Thanks for the awesome service and the super friendly and helpful drivers!!!!!
