    Pros. Nice bus ride
Guide. David. Courtesy. Knowledgeable. Funny. He did a good job. There was nothing really special about the tour.

Cons. David spent isolated time with 2 passengers ignoring the remainder of the group. They dominated his time. As if he was their private guide.

The lunch Swan Inn was good, waited a long time to eat while others were served. Vegetables in puffed pastry.

Had a lovely time on this day trip to The Cotswolds. Lucy was a great guide and very knowledgeable.
Lunch at the hotel was okay. Perfect day trip if you've never for first time visitors to The Cotswolds.

Lunch in the Cotswolds was a very nice experience. Luckily we had such a beautiful day to make this bus trip thru the four villages. The driver and guide were very informative and friendly. We did enjoy our meal but the selections were not very appealing to us. Thankfully we choose the vegetarian pot pie which was very good. The trip was surely beautiful and very peaceful. One thing I would like to mention is that we should have been warned that the restrooms cost a nominal fee. That was fine, however we did not have any London change on us, so we were not prepared for the fee. I would advise the bus driver or the tour guide to mention this before beginning the trip or maybe pass out the nominal coins needed in order to use the restrooms...just a suggestion! In any case, it was a very peaceful and pleasant day spent in the countryside of London.

An absolute magnificent day. Malcolm our driver, well done and our guide Andrew is a laugh. Quinecential landscape, amazing lunch and love the shopping.

The Positives : high quality new bus, excellent driver and a fantastic guide (David).
What to improve : only Bibury and Bourton on the water were worth seeing. So to be rushed in at magnificent Bibury (where we had very very short time) and then have over an hour and half to spare at Stow-on-the-wold (much less interesting) is frustrating. We could easily eliminate this stop and the first one (Burford) in order to visit the actual village of Bibury (which we didn’t really visit, just had lunch near it) and maybe include a more interesting Village like Castel Combe.

Frank was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and funny. The bus commentary was very informative and entertaining. We had a great day exploring 4 towns in Cotswolds, they were all so charming and quaint. There was just the right amount of time in each location. Only thing I did not like was the lunch at the Swan Hotel. I got hamm steak, didn't really know what that was, but the other alternatives were a whole fish or vegetarian option. The hamm steak tasted like a really salty ham but very hard to cut, with a small amount of potatoes and a small roll. The desert was good, but wished the lunch was better and you had to buy your own drinks. Only water included with lunch, had to go to the bar to get a soda. Aside from that the tour was just lovely. Frank was so friendly and had a great sense of humor. John, the driver was just lovely as well, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this trip! Thanks Frank and John, we had a great time.!

Our guide , Omar was very knowledgeable about the area, but four stops felt a little rushed as it was a two hour bus ride from London. I would rather have had 3 stops and more time at each one to explore. Lunch at the Swan hotel was great!
