loved this trip. Dinant was beautiful even though we didn't spend enough time there. Luxembourg is great and the driver and tour guide were well informed and nice

Guide was knowledgeable especially about history of World War I. Three stops. That was good for stretching legs, washroom breaks and snacks.
Good balance of walking tour and free time. Long full day but enjoyable. Luxembourg is walkable, interesting and picturesque so worth visiting.

Too much travel left very little time for sightseeing. Time pressure spoiled the enjoyment. 50/50 English/Spanish commentary was more like 75/25 in favour of Spanish!

This was a wonderful trip. Our guide Jan was a font of knowledge and kept us all informed and entertained. The drive along the River Meuse was spectacular and Dinant was a gem to visit. Luxembourg City has so much to offer and we are so glad we made the time to visit.

Our guide was terrible. He wasn't personable. One of the ladies on our tour fell and got really hurt so a big chunk of time was lost from our tour. This wasn't the ladies fault of course. Luxembourg was pretty and it was fun to walk around, we just wish we could have had a better guide and experience the whole tour.

Overall good only bad thing was leaving without one girl who was on the trip. Worrisome that she was ok

  • 21-Oct-2019

Fabulous Day Trip where you saw two cities and learned history. We had an excellent guide (Pierre) who went over and above the call of duty.

  • 18-Oct-2019

I really enjoyed this tour! Dinant is a picturesque little town on the river, and we had plenty of time there to take photos, visit the church and grab something to eat. There was a quick stop at a castle and then we headed to Luxembourg. Upon arrival in Luxembourg we were lead to an area of shops and restaurants so people could grab lunch; an optional walking tour was scheduled for after lunch. If you decide to skip the walking tour and only stay in this part of town, you'll probably find it boring. The walking tour provided interesting info and went through some quaint and beautiful historical parts of Luxembourg.
