In the morning: the D' Car Limousine will pick you up from 6:45 - 7:30 am at your hotel in Hanoi Old quarter. The Limousine Car will arrive at Sapa Downtown around 12:30 - 1:00 pm dropping you off at your hotel.
In the afternoon: the Limousine Car will pick you up from 3:00 - 3:30 pm at your hotel in Hanoi Old quarter. The bus will arrive in Sapa around 9:00 - 10:00 pm dropping you off at your hotel.

If you want to lie back in a relaxed position with comfortable seat, better to pay extra to choose the seat in front of limousine. Seat behind the limousine is not a good place, as the road in Sapa was too rough. Not encourage to sit behind of limousine.

We used this service from Hanoi to Sapa as well as the return journey. The vehicles are spacious and comfortable. The pickup was punctual and the communication the day before to arrange the pickup was very good. The drive to Sapa was very good. The return journey however was not as good. The traffic out of Sapa was horrendous so the first rest stop was almost three and a half hours later. The vehicle made a beeping sound the entire 7 hours of the journey. When we asked the driver what it was, he pointed to the engine. We only got to Hanoi at 21h30 and the driver stopped the car and told us we were close to home and had to walk the remainder of the way. We did not know where we were and got lost.
