Great tour, we took the 3 hour tour with John and it was well worth it, cost less than individual tickets and we did not have to wait in any lines or try to find parking spaces

We had the most fabulous day with our guide johnny. So informative, witty and was fluent in 7 languages. The falls were spectacular, it was the most memorable fun day and it was a bucket list for me. It excelled our expectations. Take a bow Viator and Johnny. Maud and Mary

First of all Johnny was an awesome tour guide! It was an easy and fun tour with cool stops. The lunch is really worth it. The food is good and the restaurant has a small balcony where you can take pictures from.

Dwayne was amazing and awesome tour guide. He made our trip to Niagara Falls interesting, fun and informative.

Despite a rocky start with this company by not picking us up at our hotel as the reservation stated (not sure if it was the guide or a mistake in their system. We selected this tour because it picked you up from your area hotel - we did not need to travel to a new hotel for pick up. It was confirmed the day prior to the tour that they were picking us up at our location - it didn't happen). In the end - they sent Johnny the following day to pick us up from our hotel and do the tour in a smaller vehicle - only 21 of us on the tour . Johnny was beyond wonderful. His information of history, the areas, fun facts and just overall personality made for a wonderful tour that following day. The organization of how Johnny asked things to happen - made it incredibly smooth for us and our kids. He engaged all of us on the tour in conversation and really made us feel that he wanted to show the sites. He was awesome. The tour itself had a great basis. The sites to see in Niagara by the Lake were fun and something we probably would have not done on our own. the lunch location was awesome for the view and the food was good for a buffet. (Highly recommend the oatmeal cookies on the buffet - those are a family favorite now!) The time at the falls was about right for us - it was pretty warm day with a lot of people at the falls. We got to do what we all wanted to do - the boat ride, the view of the falls, experienced walking along side the falls on the Canadian side. We did notice the organization that Johnny had with the other Zoom tour guide and how they worked together. That was interesting for us considering their group was larger. I would recommend asking for Johnny if possible - he truly loves being a tour guide and doing this work. That makes a huge difference when doing a package tour.

Niagara was amazing. It is a must do visit if you are in the Toronto area. We got on the boat and wore plastic ponchos and went really close to the falls. Wow. We really liked it. You can feel and hear the thunder of the water. We had lunch at the Sheraton falls view. Don't expect much from the buffet spread, it was a sad looking . Just enjoy the view. Our tour guide Johnny was funny, lively and informative. Just disappointed that we did not go to the Whirlpool Aero Car and Journey Behind the Falls. This was supposed to be part of the package. I booked Luxury Niagara Falls Day Trip from Toronto with Cruise and Lunch. What happened?

Of course, the experience of being up so close to all that water was thrilling. Johnny, our tour guide was wonderful. He filled the drive to the falls with interesting stories and information, made several stops at sights and drove us through beautiful neighborhoods. He made the trip exceptional. We were a bit disappointed in the lunch at the Sheraton, the food was not remarkable and not a wide choice. We've been to many buffets at home and on trips and I would say this was one of the worst, especially for a hotel of that caliber. The view was great. We should have gone to the Queen Victoria, recommended by a friend, better and less expensive.

We had a wonderful time. We had some issues with pick up and drop…the website said they could pick us up at our hotel but the driver would not come to us. We had to shuttle to the airport in Toronto to be picked up! Very inconvenient at 7 in the morning. The boat ride was amazing.

Elderly parents wanted to see the Falls and this tour did not disappoint. Our tour guide (Johnny) was the best tour guide I've ever had. He was cheerful, spoke several languages, personable, knowledgeable and very entertaining. Parents use canes to get around and Johnny made sure their seats were easy to get into and out of the coach. Our tour group had people from multiple nationalities and Johnny was able to communicate with all of them. Falls were beautiful and lunch fantastic. The trip was just about the right length and we didn't feel rushed at all (like on some tours). Great job Johnny and thanks!
