This was a very well organised trip and the tour guide was very informative. This tour I would recommend for adults only as children would be very bored on it as it's mainly a history tour of Macau. We saw the casino's and went inside Venician. We went up the tower and the view was spectacular. We then walked around and saw many sights. When we arrived the customs hall was empty due to not many people visiting from hong kong. This has really affected Macau and many souvenir shops had closed down. All in all a very interesting and information tour of Macau.

I really enjoyed this tour, the other Jackie Chan our tour guide provided much insight into this wonderful place. It's place that totally surpassed my expectations.

We had 20 min in one casino and the tour guide told us we did not come here to gamble we came to see Macau. I came to see the casinos and the option should have been given to us. The tour said we would have time at the end to spend shopping etc but the guide did it first. It was a waste of a tour for me. We listened to him talk politics and other irrelevant stuff. No shopping in a tax free environment! Very disappointed.

From our pick-up at the hotel in the morning to the evening drop off that night, everything was perfectly coordinated. A representative from East Tours got us on the ferry, in Macau another rep was there to greet us and took us to the bus where we met Mario, our guide. Mario was wonderful, informative, professional and a great sense of humor. We saw Macau, not just a casino tour, however we did see highlights in both The Venetian, the largest casino, and The Emperor Palace Casino with gold bars in the floor. The historic sites, the tower and the city views along with a great lunch made for a wonderful day!
-
This was an excellent and well-planned tour. I felt like we covered all the highlights of Macau and got a good sense of how it is different from Hong Kong and the mainland. The lunch was nothing special, but it was sufficient.
-
Great tour. Fantastic guide--very knowledgeable. Spent time in largest (the Venetian) and smallest (Jackie Chan's) casinos. Lots of information regarding China's takeover of Macau. Visited historic church and city center. Great ride over and back on Jet Boat.
-
Our guide Cisco was excellent! He was very knowledgable and we learnt a lot from him. We spent enough time in each location and he gave us great photo tips:) I gave 4 stars because the food at lunch was really bad, very cold and one choice for vegetarians.
-
Tour was well organised. Our guide Cisco was knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you have only a day to visit Macau.
-
The trip is nice, the guide is funny. However what make me very angry was the guide asking one by one asking for tips with a bag inside the bus at the end of the tour. Also, two stops in two shops (30 min each).

From the time we were picked up from our Hong Kong hotel to the time we were dropped off, this tour was extremely well organised. Mario, our Portuguese guide in Macao, was entertaining and kept us well informed about everything we saw. His knowledge of the history of colonization leading to the take-over by the Chinese government was most informative. All round, a great excursion well worth doing. The only negative, if you could call it a negative, was that we were in a hotel on Hong Kong island, but the tour we were on left from Kowloon ferry terminal. So, after a long day out, we had to make the trip back to our hotel through peak hour traffic. As far as I am aware, there are Macao ferries that leave from Hong Kong island, so when booking this tour see if you can get one that originates from the island if you are staying on the island.
