  • Great small cooking class. Instructor was amazing and food was incredible. We've already made our own Paella at home and it was awesome.
My only advice - bring a pen and paper to take notes. There is a lot of great info that isn't included in the recipe book you get.

  • So much fun!!! we made a salad, Spanish omelet, and learned the correct way to make paella!! we also has some of the best sangria I have ever tasted! Would highly recommend this class!

  • Small class of 3 people Teacher/ chef was great Have used the recipes at home many times since

  • This was an excellent cooking class. Great value for all the information we received, hands on, and much more. Don't hesitate to sign-up for this class.

  • The tour was amazing for me. The chef, Fernando Cler, was very knowledgeable and gave us much information relative to the dishes, as well as how to prepare individual food items.

  • This was very good and fun. I have already made the paella, sangria several times. Also had the recipes emailed to us.

  • This experience was amazing! We thought we were just making paella but we learned how to make 4 dishes! Our chef teacher was so nice, spoke English very well, and spent quality time with us. We were fortunate as my husband and I were the only ones in the class!

  • Absolutely one of the best tours I have ever done. Fernando is an amazing teacher and chef! He share so much knowledge about the market, how to tell the different qualities of meats, seafood, etc. I can't wait to go back and take another cooking class. Thanks Fernando for an awesome experience!!

  • Absolute fabulous experience! The food was delicious and a very good variety of dishes including a variety of different meats, vegetables and areas. The instruction was very detailed and extremely hands on. The best part was the tour of the market beforehand where all the ingredients we were using were pointed out and explained and we had a chance to purchase some to bring home! I would recommend this class to anyone who wanted a comprehensive, relaxed and delicious introduction to Spanish cuisine!!

  • We were really looking forward to this class, having done 2 superb Viator classes in Rome and Florence. We commenced with a very brief overview of key ingredients by visiting the market vendors. However, the class pace was quite fast and each particpant was not involved in doing each stage of the preparation. It would be better to extend the class time allocated to allow everyone to be involved in every stage. Our master chef explained things well but the use of the single induction stove was not clear. We made a fresh salad of cod with orange segments tortilla and then paella with chopped chicken thighs and drumsticks and watched as our master chef produced a lovely spiced apple dessert. We sat and sampled all the dishes and were offered wine with the food. It was a good class but it seemed too rushed for the participants to relax and really enjoy the meal. Would recommend a slightly longer class with more time for more hands on experience for participants.
