  • Pros: green route north was easy to understand, slower and helpful. Blue line route was a disaster - communication was bad, difficult to understand and you had no idea what you were seeing. The canned dialogue repeated itself and was . out of sync. Far different from Barcelona hop on bus - there the brochure gave a brief synopsis of each stop and clearly showed where you could cross over to another line. Take a lesson and look at the Barcelona brochure.

  • Great tour..very easy to do and well organized! Wpuld definitely recommend it

  • Your classic Double decker city bus tour, I say that as a positive. I liked that they identified stop numbers for every stop, and advised you of places you could transfer from one route to another. The only confusion came at the bus stops which listed a time schedule that made you think the bus only ran once a day. Not true, even in January we never waited more than 10 minutes for a bus. Very enjoyable. You will have to get off the bus to see some of the sites properly, but a great way to get around!

  • A great way to see the city. We did several loops on each route, took many photos, spent a little time at one of the squares. The stop was conveniently located right outside our hotel, and the price was reasonable

  • There are 2 routes and pretty well all the notable buildings and areas are included between them with detailed commentary in numerous languages.

  • Great way to see Madrid and highlight the best places. The hop-on, hop-off option allows you to pick and choose the areas you want to explore in more depth. Great tour! Thank you Viator.

  • A good way to see more Madrid! We had cards for 2 days and it was good. Only we had several times to waite the buss a quite long time over 20 min.

  • OK
