Loved the ride, however many of the seats had non operational headphone ports.Aside from that. its the best way to get to know the city!

  • 10-Mar-2020

Very clean and reliable! Tons of stops and helpful staff. Buses ran on time and always had bus arrive within 15 minutes of arriving at a stop.

  • 04-Mar-2020

Having taken other HoHo's in other cities this was by far the most difficult to find stops for. Would highly recommend googling their site to find out where they stop. Once found, boarding was easy. They conveniently take the Viator ticket right on the bus vs others who force you to go to an office and redeem a physical ticket. The staff were nice and the actual ride was pleasant and takes you around a good amount of the city.

  • 02-Mar-2020

Stops are convenient to all major sites and buses frequent. The attendants are helpful and friendly.

  • 27-Feb-2020

Great to know the city, I recommend in taking the extended routes! February is a very cold month, so think twice if you want to use the second floor.

  • 24-Feb-2020

This was great for us....we took the bus the day after we arrived to help us get oriented with the city and it was wonderful. The weather even participated.......sunny and chilly. Will defnitely use again when traveling to new cities.

Was excellent service. The cathedral was incredible. Highly recommend if spending small amount of time in Madrid

  • 10-Feb-2020

Awesome way of seeing the sights on a budget and limited time. Was convenient and informative. Highly recommended.

  • 27-Jan-2020

Convenient service. No complaints! We took both blue and green lines. Everything went smooth. Suggest buying in Viator for best value.

  • 27-Dec-2019

The staff attending to us needed to be more hospitable. On the whole customer service needs improvement is what I think.
