  • Always try to take the Hop - On Hop-Off T no matter where I am. It is absolutely the best way to see everything. If you have the time, consider purchasing the two day pass, you can get off at more stops that way,

  • We had purchased our tickets for a two day tour and had no problem turning in our voucher for the tickets. Our hotel was close to one of the stops on the green route and the first day we had to wait for about half an hour for a bus to arrive. Once on the bus we rode the entire route, then switched over to the blue route. The blue route is a much better tour, more history and shopping stops. We used the green route only for access from our hotel to the center of Madrid. Generally speaking, I think the Madrid Hop-on Hop-off was a good value for the cost.

  • Great way to see and get acclimated with the city!

  • The tours and buses are great, convenient, and a huge cost and time savings compared to using a cab and walking. We purchased this service for our 10 days vacation in Rome, Paris, and Madrid in September. You can catch all busses and routes the company has. Also, I recommend first doing the tour to see the sights then after you do a complete trip start doing the hop-on/hop-off. The buses are equipped with six tour language guides you can connect to via your earphones or the news ones they freely provide. I highly recommend the buses,

  • Basic on and off tour.

  • took us to the sites around the city

  • The ticket guy at the bus was very helpful. This is good way to get your bearings on the first day of your stay in Madrid.

  • The Hop-on Hop-off tour is the only way to go. Small complaints would be that the bus stops are not as clearly marked as in other cities and there was no reminder that the running time of the bus was coming to an end we had received such notices on other tours
Overall, we were very happy with the tour!

  • Great way to see the city.

  • This was an extremely easy and inexpensive way to see most of Madrid. We took the 2 day option and we rode both routes. We were able to get off and on with great ease and very little wait time. We enjoyed the commentary on what we were seeing. It was close to many of the metro stops so were just took the metro from our hotel to the stop and enjoyed the ride.
