Madrid sightingseieing tour is good for first timers so you'll have an idea of Madrid. Our tour guide was very polite and knowledgeable. For Toledo a very beautiful Medieval city would love to spend more time our visit was too short and rushed and too many visits to souvenir shops commissions again. Our tour guide Amelia, we nicknamed Mary poppins very knowledgeable but biased for Spanish speaking tourists. There were only 3 of us that were English speaking tourist in the fully guided package. She didn't translate everything in English at first and even said you Spanish speaking listen to me in Spanish of course and gave them an elaborate detailed explanation of the place which fortunately I understood, so I approached her and in Spanish I told her I spoke Spanish a little and understood her so since then she started explaining things in English mostly sometimes she would still try to get away with it and do a short version in English but the other tourist with us would also tell her to explain in English more because he understood a little Spanish too. She too brought us to 2 souvenir stores the first one she said you need to buy here because this is a good place to buy and we are no longer coming back, so we did. After Toledo tour she brings us to where they make the knives and gold inlaid accessories a smaller souvenir shop in Toledo that had some items like the key chains with the last names and family history that were almost half the price from the first store she brought us to. I told her this place is so much cheaper, had we known we wouldn't bought at the other place we could've saved a lot all she said was oh yes, that place is usually more expensive than here! VPT Tours is the company this time not a good reflection for your company that your tour guides will do things like this.
