Know More about this tour

Meet your friendly guide and start with an orientation session to get familiar with your two-wheeled, electric, self-balancing Segway. Once you feel comfortable, youll follow your guide into the buzzing historical heart of the city.

Glide through Constitution Square (Plaza Mayor), passing its bustling sidewalk cafes where Malagueos spill out onto the pavements. Hear of the squares 15th-century history, and then continue to pedestrianized Larios Street where the citys swanky shops are found. Pose for photos in front of Larios Monument -- an ornate 19th-century statue of Manuel Domingo Larios (the man who spearheaded Malagas urban development).

See Museo Picasso with its pretty whitewashed faade, and then Picassos birthplace, while hearing tales and trivia about the man himself. Malaga oozes with arty history, and your guide will point out other notable highlights like Carmen Thyseen Museum, a gallery that showcases modern Spanish art inside Villaln Palace a magnificent 16th-century building.

Pass the famously lopsided-looking Malaga Cathedral, and then work your way through the side streets to hit Malaga Alcazaba the citys most important Moorish landmark. Considered one of the best-preserved Arab citadels in Spain, this palatial fortress was built on the grounds of a Roman town overlooking the city center. Soak up the views and see the recently excavated Roman amphitheater, just next to it.

If youre eager to see more and stay out on your Segway for longer, then upgrade to the 2-hour tour! After a short break, youll continue to Castillo de Gibralfaro to marvel at its castle ramparts and enjoy the finest views in the city! Glide back down into town and saunter along Malaga Promenade (Palmeral de las Sorpressas), admiring its neat little gardens that separate the town from the seafront.

  • Fun trip as it was my first time on a Segway. The Family enjoyed the tour and locations visited. Sjoukje our guide and instructor was friendly and a very good host giving us information not only on Malaga but for our trip to Gibraltar as well. Highly recommended!

  • Lots of fun!

  • Great guides, full tour, we really enjoyed it, oh to be back in Malaga!!

  • A very nice tour guide. She spoke very good English and clearly loved Malaga.

  • We loved out Segway tour thru Malaga in Nov, 2017. Our guide was absolutely the best! Very instructive and patient. Would do it again.

  • Fun, fun, fun! On our long trip this was one of the most memorable activities we did! The guide was informative, interesting, and sweet. Riding Segways is such a great way to cover a lot of area and they're easy to ride even if you've never done it before.

  • This was one of the best shore tours we have had, so much fun and our guide gave us hints on where to eat and get the best gelato! Defiantly recommend

  • When we booked this it said was an 8 hour trip from Malaga so we thought we would be back in Malaga mid afternoon to do other things as were were only in town for a short weekend. The pickup was at 6.30am and what they didn't tell you was that you then spent the first 3.5 hours picking people up all the way along the coast! We had our entry to the walk at 11am but ended up starting later than that as the queue for the loo was so long. We were then told that we only had 2 hours to complete the walk so it felt very rushed. No time to read any of the information boards or sit and take it all in. I'd waited a year to do it and then having to rush it was pretty gutting. We were then told that we would be going for lunch and then dropping everyone back off along the coast before finishing in Malaga at 7pm - making it almost 13 hours! There was a huge protest at this but eventually Danny managed to get the driver to drop us in Malaga first meaning it was indeed a 10 hour trip not 13! The Caminito is just over an hour out of Malaga so really close to drive direct. Danny was really nice and helpful so 5/5 for him but Julia Travels gave us no information about the trip like we would be stopping for lunch when we had already bought our own. I think they get away with it as everyone only uses them once.

  • The best tour!!!! I went with my husband to this tour. Our guide forgot her name, but she is from the Netherlands was super nice. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She took us through a forest behind the scenes up to the castle and then down to the Lighthouse. We had a great time and this was definitely the highlight of our trip to Malaga. Besides the fun of driving the Segway, we were able to cover a large area of the city in this tour. Would totally do it again. I highly recommend it.

  • Wonderful tour, very informative. Segways are the best way to see a lot of the city in a short time.
