What a day! Johanna picked us up in Malaga at 7am and drove us to Gibraltar. The recommendation to leave early was a great idea. We missed the crowds and had no issues at immigration. Johanna got us into Gibraltar quick and easy. There we met Tariq, a local. He drove us throughout Gibraltar, but most importantly up and around the rock. He was very knowledgeable about the area and especially with the monkeys. They clearly know him and he definitely knows them so we were able to get great pictures. His lunch recommendation was also really good - Bianca’s down in the Marina. When our time in Gibraltar came to an end, Johanna got us back in a timely manner so we were still able to enjoy one last night in Malaga. This is our 3rd excursion with AparTrips. I highly recommend them.

Went on a day trip, was bigger than I expected, so much to see, the trip up the Rock was amazing, grandson enjoyed it,had a picture with the apes, I stayed well back, the mini bus driver very informative and obviously loves Gibraltar.

This was a more last minute type of decision to run and see Gibratar while in the South of Spain in Malaga. It was a fun day trip and the guide was excellent - as was the driver from Malaga to Gibrator and back. The driver drives you down there, crosses the border with you and then you meet the tour guide across the border. The tour guide was EXCELLENT. We had two very energetic kids 4 and 9 boys - and he did a wonderful job keeping them entertained. He also was key in taking the very important monkey pictures! He visits there so often the monkeys know who he is! We felt like we got a good overview of the town and had time for some all-important shopping. This tour isn't cheap, but if you can afford it - it is a good full day. On the way out - you get to cross the airport and take pics on the runway and great pics of the big rock!

Tarick in his Taxi was wonderful. Lifted wheelchair into taxi. Drove the narrow roads of the Rock with skill, charmed the monkies and gave us a great trip. Most places were semi accessible by wheelchair. When Eduardo collected us for return to Malaga had to walk kilometers to get back to Spain...not good!! Overall a great trip at the Rock.

We booked two tours with Apartrip Travels.Both tours were excellent and the service was premium. Muhammad took care of us like we were rock stars. He made sure we didn’t have to do anything but sit back and relax. We were handed off to the local guide, who lives in Gibraltar. He had a great way about him and took us all over Gibraltar. Our tour was everything we had hoped for.

This was one of the highlights our vacation. December was good time. Not too many tourists. The tour guide was amazing, gave us time to enjoy each location, did not rush us, and transport was good Gibraltar side; transport and driver in Spain side was excellent. This tour is highly recommended.

We highly recommend Apartrips private tour of Gibraltar. This trip exceeded our expectations for the great communication and service provided by this company. They made getting to Gibraltar completely worry free, and gave us access to the highlights of Gibraltar, which had long been a dream of ours to visit. Our driver, Pepe, was professional and personable. He picked us up at our Airbnb in Fuengirola and drove us to the border of Gibraltar, pointing out landmarks along the way. He walked with us through the border area, and introduced us to Tarik, our local Gibraltar guide. Tarik was entertaining and knowledgeable. He drove us through Gibraltar, giving us its history, and pointing out landmarks like the airport runway, which is intersected by the road into Gibraltar! He showed us the government center and the army bases, and drove us up onto the Rock. We stopped at St. Michael's Cave, which was quite beautiful with its light show. We took some pictures with the famed Barbary apes, and watched them jump from rocks, to vehicles, to people! We proceeded to a beautiful overlook area with a plexiglass floor so you could see the Rock below, and had gorgeous views of the Mediterranean and the whole of Gibraltar below. We walked through a section of a defensive tunnel system created in the late 1700's to guard the mouth of the Mediterranean. We learned how the tunnels were created and used over time. We went back down into town and enjoyed time for lunch and a stroll through the shops. Pepe met us at the appointed time and place and walked us back across the border with our passports and then drove us home. We highly recommend this tour. They provide an easy way to see all the highlights of Gibraltar!

Gibraltar is totally worth the trip. The landscape was beyond our expectations and we really enjoyed everything we visited. The tour was very well organised and comfortable, maybe just a little expensive (considering that we were a group of 3). Raccomended!
