Know More about this tour

Start this adventure with a 1-hour journey by bus to the town of Manavgat. Step inside the areas biggest mosque, complete with four minarets, to learn more about Islam and the history of the region. Then hop back in the car for a 10-minute ride to the spectacular Manavgat waterfall. Wade in the shallow waters of the waterfall or simply sit and enjoy the view while sipping on tea or coffee.

Next, climb aboard a 2-deck ship on the Manavgat pier and take off for a breathtaking 45-minute river cruise. After reaching the rivers delta, stop for a swim and sunbathing break on the beautiful sandy beach, only reachable by boat. Then sit down to a delicious lunch of fresh grilled fish or chicken with a vegetable garnitur and rice or bulgur. Seasonal fruit will be served, as well as a desert. After lunch, sail back up the Manavgat and along its banks towards the centre of Manavgat town.

After debarking the boat, walk a few minutes from the pier to the local bazaar. Spend 2 hours immersed in the giant market, shopping for everything from fruit and vegetables to textiles, shoes, bags, and other goods. At the end of the day your guide will drop you off back at your hotel.

The trip was nice but 30 minutes at the waterfall was too short. The visit to the shop was unnecessary and made the day far too long.Given we then went to the bazaar after and could have bought the same things tthere. We would have preferred that time plus time to travel there at the waterfall given the trip was manavagat waterfall THE river cruise was lively very good food too

We paid 10€ each and left from Manavgat, lots of guys on the river selling the trips. You travel for about 1/2 hour to a set of rapids and the boat pulls over and you are taken on a bus about 2-3 kms to the Rapids. Take some Turkish lira as the entrance is 10L each we only had € and all of a sudden it was 5 € about double. 100s of people looking at the waterfall. Don't bother trying to buy anything 4€ for a slushie They offer drinks on the boats but you pay €3 for a beer and €2 for a soft drink about double. Boat trip nice but beware extras everywhere and waterfall worth about 5mins viewing

5 minutes at the falls are all you need to take a few nice photos. There is also a restaurant, souvenir stands etc on the premises. So the overall excursion might be OK, but I would not go out of my way just to see these falls. On the other hand, the hydroelectric dam and the lakes nearby ("green canyon") are worth visiting, and you might just take in the falls on the way there.

The waterfall made for a great photo opportunity and our tour guide was able to give us detailed knowledge about the river and waterfall which we found to be interesting.

Our rep who sold us tickets for this trip mislead us , so were other tourists on this trip as most of the day was spent on the bus so every one was complaining, we were told you would go swimming in caves.and swim behind the waterfall, this wasn't a waterfall it was a Weir
