  • Very pretty drive through Marseille with stops at St. Vincent's Abbey and Notre Dame de Garde. Then on to Cassis with a stop above the village with a spectacular view. The only issue with this tour and it was not the tour operators fault, was that, in Cassis, which is a quaint little fishing village, there is not much to do other than take a boat trip to some lagoons, which we had very much wanted to do. Unfortunately the ticket booth was closed when we arrived and opened about an hour and a half before we were to leave. The line up for tickets, however, was very long and there was no way we could have made a trip and returned on time. Perhaps an option to purchase boat tickets prior to arriving could be offered. Overall, it was a very pleasant way to spend the day.

  • Picked up a little late from the ship and spotted Jeremy easily. He was very personable and gave great history and background on Marseille and Cassis. We visited 2 cathedrals in Marseille glad we were there early because it got VERY crowded. Then on to Cassis where we went up to the national park to view the village of Marseille. Very beautiful views, could've stayed there all day! Then down to Cassis where we had plenty of free time to eat lunch and take the boat tour of the calanques. Worth the extra time and money. I wish we'd had more time to shop and explore in Cassis, as it was the highlight of the day.

  • The driver of our shuttle was excellent. Was unable to go to Cassis, but they substitute Aux Providence was excellent as well. Marseille is beautiful.

  • This an awesome tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of information to us. It was unfortunate that we were there at the Mystral, so it was very, very cold in Marseille but the guide spend more time in Cassis where it was warmer and such a wonderful place... I would take this one again.

  • The guide was excellent and we saw all the highlights of Marseilles. Cassis was a beautiful spot and we had plenty of time there. Highly recommended

  • Florence was an excellent tour guide! My husband and I ended up being the only ones on the tour, which allowed us to see things at our pace. Florence was very nice and knowledgeable and showed us some of the most amazing places we saw on our trip. Cassis was gorgeous! I highly recommend this tour!

  • I chose the tour due to wanting to see the Calanques in Cassis. However, The little bit of time we had in Cassis was not enough to do it. There was no tour leaving to see the Calanques during the time we were in Cassis. The other issue being numerous people on the tour were so scared we were going to miss our ship that we had very little time in Cassis. The tour guide should have stepped up and said we WILL leave at this time and I WILL have you back to your ship on time. Not let the group decide to leave an hour early because they are worried for no reason and have our tour cut nearly an hour short. Even if there was a tour to see the Calanques, we wouldn't have been able to do it due to having to choose whether to eat or take the tour. Seeing how the tour was scheduled from 9-4, we obviously had to eat. This was both my wife and I least favorite tour and also the most expensive tour. It was definitely not worth it.

  • Excellent experience!

  • This was a nice tour of Marseille and Cassis. The tour guide was very friendly and answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the area. We took a boat tour from Cassis and it was quite enjoyable. Great tour I highly recommend it.

  • Great excursion, wonderful tour guide. Loved going up into the surrounding mountains and end up in the small quaint village of Cassis. Charming and delightful with many great resturants.
