International Flights: you must be at the airport 3-4 hours prior to flight departure time
We have a 20 minutes window from the booking time: 7am booking, please be ready at 7am. Bus will arrive between 7am - 7:20am to get to the airport around 8am
Subject to traffic condition: Please allow minimum of 45-60 minutes travel time from Melbourne CBD and 75 minutes from outer CBD areas

Once pick up arranged did not have wait long for Shuttle .I was the only passenger and it only cost 10.

The driver came to pick us up and rushed out of the hotel without us. He dropped us off at the pick up point at the airport not the departures

Delayed pick up may be due to some guests who held up the shuttle. Driver was good. Got to the airport on time

We had problems confirming the booking as the telephone number provided was ineffective. The Shuttle arrived10 minutes early, which was good, but took an hour and three quarters to get to the airport. This was not due to traffic or the fault of the driver, the difficulty of pick ups meant the driver had to leave us in the vehicle while he went to the rear of the buildings and found alternate space to pick up the passengers.

Dropped us at the wrong hotel and we couldn’t get the driver back... We had to walk 10 blocks with luggage to our correct one...Return we verified twice with company and 4:20am pickup by, he was 1 hour late and had to pick up others..Another 1 1/2 later , finally to Airport and close to missing fli
