Liz was amazing! She really went above and beyond for our family! She took her time to make sure we had all the pictures and videos we wanted.

My kids had a great time! Nick was wonderful with them! I’d recommend them however it can be tricky to find them on magic island.

My sister and I did the mermaid photo shoot with Addison and it was tons of fun. Addy took 100 photos and we were hoping for just one “money shot” but we ended up with many that we loved. Beautiful setting for some good fun.

My daughter had a great time. She has a mermaid tail at home, but really wanted to be a mermaid here in Hawaii. Amber was great with my daughter, was very friendly & helpful.

The mermaid tails and photo/video was cute but the confirmation we received said the event was from 2-4pm and it felt rushed. By the time we got pictures and snorkel gear on we had about 15 minutes before we had to get out of the water. I do wish it would’ve been the 2-4pm like the email said.

The guide was very good, took great care on safety of participants, swimming with a tail is tough but quite clever. Good experience

You can say that I am a beginner because I can’t swim. But that didn’t stop me from swimming in the ocean. The guide was very helpful, knowledgeable and fun. I recommend this activity to anyone who may be a little nervous about water fun during their trip.

Absolutely my favorite thing to do in Hawaii the pictures were great our instructor/photographer Zola was amazing you can take photos and then take off fins to do snorkeling Part which was great for me would have loved the pics in water with fins but I'm not a good swimmer

I had a blast! We were in the lagoon at Magic Island and it was a great place to learn how to swim with a tail. Paula is an amazing instructor and took awesome videos. She makes you feel very at ease and assists with learning how to swim with a tail. We did video in the surf and then progressed out into the deeper water, ending with snorkeling. The fish I saw out snorkeling was amazing and Paula was always there and willing to do any other video ideas you could think of. I loved this experience so much I ended up buying my own tail from them. I plan to take friends here in the future. My husband and the puppy also showed up towards the end to watch and Paula was welcoming of both of them. Be sure to wear sunscreen, take a towel, possibly a change of clothes, and water (you dehydrate from the salt water). I would suggest showing up a little early to ensure plenty of time to find parking and get to the meeting spot.
