  • This tour really wasn't what we were looking for. I am a foodie and my husband loves Art Deco so we thought it would be great for us both, however it was a bit of a let-down. We felt like we were just being taken to the host's favourite eateries, without a whole lot of thought being put into it. Not a lot of knowledge about the art-deco history of Miami. If this is the kind of thing you are interested in, I would suggest going to the Art Deco Preservation Society in South Beach and doing one of their tours, and/or researching good eats.

  • Very knowledgeable, answered all questions, food was awesome!

  • This tour was very interesting and informative. We got to sample a variety of foods. Thanks!!!

  • My 19 year old daughter and I took the tour with Faruk during our recent short trip to Miami. It was our first trip to Miami and the frist food tour we have ever been on and I must say it did not disappoint! We had a fantastic time with Faruk wondering the city tasting the perfectly sized samples of delicious local foods prepared at small off the beaten path family run restaurants, while listening to his vast knowledge on Miami's history and culture. It is obvious that Faruk enjoys what he does and also obvious that he has a deep respect and appreciation of the diverse cultures that make Miami a unique US destination. He was also very laid back and easy to chat with, that before we knew it 4 enjoyable hours had passed by and we were ending our tour with some refreshing gelato! I would highly recomend this tour and we will definetly be back to hopfully have Faruk guide us again through another Miami neighbourhood! Thank you Faruk!

  • Absolutely excellent tour, very good value for money. Strongly recommended!

  • If you are in Miami this is a nice way to experience Miami's independent food scene AND architecture. We were in Miami Beach for a short time. Thus the tour not only let us experience a selection of locally owned and operated restaurants coupled with touching upon architecture including Ocean Drive and Espanola Way, an area of Miami Beach we were not familiar with. A friend joined us who actually lives in downtown Miami and found the tour enjoyable and informative. There is some walking but not excessive. Informative concerning the history of Miami Beach as well.
