buonasera, viaggio del 16-9-2022 partenza Miami, destino Key west biglietto acquistato tramite Miami tours andata: dopo circa 1 ora e 30 minuti si rompe l'aria condizionata. caldo infernale, dopo vari tentativi il bus si ferma al bordo della strada e ci lascia al sole per circa 30 minuti dopo vari tentativi di far ripartire l'aria, ci dicono di scegliere tra: l'aspettare il nuovo bus, 2 ore di attesa oppure di ripartire e di tener duro per altre 2 ore, avvolti da un caldo infernale. con la promessa che il bus sarebbe stato riparato oppure che un altro bus sarebbe venuto a sostituirlo, arrivati a Key west, con circa 2 ore di ritardo, otteniamo di poter ripartire 1 ora dopo quella stabilita, per poter star li almeno le 6 ore, come da contratto. Ritornati dalla piacevole visita, non andateci per il mare ma per la stupenda sensazione di libertà, stile freak, che ti da Key west, ci accorgiamo subito che l'aria ancona non funziona. Accortomi di questo, mi svesto da lord inglese e mi interfaccio con la guida. alla fine rientriamo a Miami vs le 23 totalmente sudati e distrutti. il giorno dopo riesco a trovare il loro numero e li contatto, chiedendogli un rimborso o perlomeno delle scuse mi risponde un dipendente, che mi dice è tutto ok perché noi abbiamo deciso di continuare il viaggio. in sintesi agenzia sia la Key west express plus che la Miami tours si sono dimostrate inadeguate al mestiere in attesa di scuse vi auguro buon lavoro Data dell'esperienza: settembre 2022

Deserves ‘0’ - the journey from hell. Air con broke 1.5hours in and it was a hot sweaty mess from then on. No apparent effort to fix or get a new coach during the 7hour stop so we sat in a sauna throughout. Rude, poor customer service on board. Don’t book - get a car or find other tour providers (avoid kiosk on 9th and Collins).

No delay when lost bus mirror everybody was happy. Got back fine even with the South Beach curfew. Tips on seeing key west were right on.

We were picked up in a Sprinter type van instead of a coach bus. Seating was smaller than an airplane for the 4 hour ride. No bathrooms in a van. The vans were new at least. We were told the trip was $75 cash per person when the driver picks us up and to pay the driver but noticed afterwards that the rates were lower on their website and TripAdvisor. The van was full so another driver in a similar can picked us up. Not sure where the cash went. Ride was cheaper than an Uber at least. Driver was friendly. Departure and arrival times were good.

I booked the shuttle bus from Miami to key west at 7:30. But the bus arrived at 8:30. We tried to seek an explanation from the tour guide. She has a terrible attitude and did not apologize at all. The bus is also OVERBOOKED. I will never tried this again

The ride itself was fine but the quality of the bus was NASTY. Roaches on the bus, cereal underneath the seats, the bathrooms had no toilet paper, no water, OR sanitizer. Just pure nasty and unsanitary. Will not be riding this trash can on wheels again

Key West is a most if you’re visiting Miami. Long ride but worth it. I highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide kept us informed all the time and coordinated optional tours once there. Snorkeling was great !!! Very friendly and entertaining staff everywhere. Be prepared for a long day !!!

No compren, son unos estafadores, cobran unicamente en efectivo (para que no puedas reclamar a tu tarjeta), despues no te pasan a buscar, dicen que te buscaron y que no estabas en el hotel, puras mentiras, se quedan con tu dinero. BE CAREFULL! No contraten esta empresa en Miami, es una estafa!
