  • Tram was OK. Milano Card was worthless.

  • Very slow and boring.

  • Had to get 10 min taxi ride to get tickets from rail then sent to wrong train stop once we found the correct had choice of waiting for 2 hrs for next one ! Ended getting taxi back close to our hotel/ wasted 3.5 hrs and 2 fares for nothing!

  • The Vintage Tram itself is fine and fun. Milan is filled with trams, so you feel like you've had the Milan experience even if yours is a tourist tram. The only reason I didn't give this four or five stars is that picking up the tram pass is a MAJOR pain in the neck. You pick it up at Milano Centrale train station. They close this office at 1 p.m. Our train from Florence was late, so we couldn't pick the tram card up that day. We wound up buying a Hop-On, Hop-Off bus pass on the spot, and that was SUPER. We picked the tram card up the next day, but spent more than we had planned on all this. The whole tram thing is extremely bureaucratic, something nobody appreciates on a vacation.

  • We went to six lines in central station and never found where to pick up our card or tram pass! We gave up after an hour and a half of being shuffled around. We did try to call you first but Of course there is no free wifi and we were put on hold with Viator with a 10 minutes plus wait, so we we ate our loss. Great first day with Viator

  • Highly Discouraged!!!! It is a total waste of time and the MilanoCard is not worth its promise. Ita also only 7 euros of you buy it separately. What was my worst experience ever is the Vintage Tram. No one in the whole Milan knows or has seen it, it appears. We wated cab rides chasing for nothing!!!

  • We could not made it ,because lack of information on the place we pick up the tickets for the tram.No one explain what it was abd that was a regular Tram ,even they didnot said that was the Tram 1 in that corner the regularsTram were several..

  • I would definitely never recommend this tour. The voucher was not clear as to where to redeem for the tickets. After calling customer service a couple of times, we found the place. The girl at the counter was very impatient, borderline rude. When I asked questions about where to get the tram and what was the correct procedure, she just waved me off with a pointing gesture...After walking around for awhile we found our starting point and got on. We received earphones and a cassette with some information about Milan. My husband's was in Japanese, so we had to share mine. We basically used the tram as transportation for the day. Towards the end of the day a couple of ATM officers asked to see our tickets. When we showed them, they asked us to get off the tram and show our passports. We then were told they should have been validated with a date and time. We were then charged 36 euro apiece! 72 euros we weren't planning to spend! They didn't want to hear that we were not informed of the correct procedure...We were made to feel like dishonest people and it was so very stressful and upsetting. This could have been avoided if we had been given some simple instructions...I hope this situation is improved so other people do not have to go through what we did.

  • We did not use this voucher. The location was elusive to redeem the ticket and no one seemed to know where the tram was even

  • I wish I had a rout map of the hop-on-off to tell where I am and where I want to get off. The map provided didn't have this rout. I ended up loosin ours going through the city and away from the touristic area.
