  • The tour is not guided, the system is unfriendly and outdated.
The shops listed are not updated. I selected 6. One shop is closed for the day for its own reason, one shop's name has changed completely. 2-3 shops cannot speak English. It is very frustrating as it is not easy to find the shops.

The tour should do better. Once anyone confirmed booking with payment, they should be recommended to download the app, or given links to choose 6 shops to visit, given vouchers online so they do not have to go all the way to one specific shop to get the stickers and information, and go to another district to visit other shops. We spent half an hour to figure out our route, shops etc, as we are not familiar with Paris! I am a tourist of course! They should recommend people to stay in one district so they can finish visiting 6 shops with 3 hours or so. This tour is poorly organised.
