  • Very good.

  • Paqui was a fabulous tour guide with excellent interpersonal skills. Very impressed with her knowledge of history and perfect communication of the facts. Also, very funny and a joy to be with. The Alcazar and Jewish Quarter were very moving - my ancestors come from this region. Saw the Mesquita the day before on your other tour. Konnections is a great company. Keep it up. The sites were awe-inspiring.

  • Excellent and informative. Great to skip the queue as it was a very hot day and they looked as though they'd be standing around for ages. Good tour guide, although easy to get lost in the crowd. The ear piece commentary is great. If a person does get lost I suggest guide says where the main group are rather than just tell them they are lost and to find the main group. Loved it!

  • Excellent tour guide even though her first language was French. She was clear and thorough. We had a lot of slow walkers so it took her longer to do than may have been in her time frame but never made any of the walkers feel bad for holding things up just found more things to tell us about the area.

  • Great tour. The line for these is sooo long. I was staying next to them and it never seemed to get shorter. Both monuments highly recommended. Excellent guide.

  • The guide was lovely and very good.

  • The place of rendez-vous was well indicated and the guides were on time. The audio-guides that were distributed were excellent and theskip the line'efficient. The Cathedral and the Alkazar worth the visit.A must to do visiting Andalucia.

  • Guide was late and then we wasted another 45 mins to an hour waiting in line to get in and waiting for people to in the group to go to the bathroom. Because of the wasted time the Alcazar felt rushed. We hardly had anytime to spend in the gardens which were truly beautiful and we felt like we missed out on. There was no time to take photos and we were told we needed to rush to the cathedral since we were behind schedule. Unlike many of the museums we were not able to reenter the Alcazar which was disappointing. We would have preferred to start at the Cathedral and end at the Alcazar so we could continue in the Alcazar on our own once the tour ended instead of having more time in the cathedral. Lots of walking on this tour so make sure to wear good walking shoes.

  • Meeting point for tour was a little obscure. Again organisation was larconical. Our guide Martha was lovely, called us all Family. Her knowledge was excellent and the Cathedral and Alcazar were magnificent. Worth doing.

  • loved the place it was really beautiful and the tour guide was well informed and very polite and on time. I would recommend Viator to anyone it's fast and very easy.
