After being picked up in Melbourne city, make your way to our first adventure destination - Cape Schanck. Located on the rugged southern side of the peninsula, Cape Schanck is home to many varieties of animals. Hike through rugged bushland to a deserted beach, stopping to take in some of the best coastal scenery in the Australia.

Next, we meet our yoga master wholl get you stretched and centered. Choose from a range of disciplines including 'AntiGravity Yoga' designed to decompress ones spine and align the body from head to toe while stretching and strengthening ones muscles. After an hour of meditative stress relief, youll feel like a brand-new person.

After a big morning of hiking and yoga, kick back in the afternoon at some of the finest breweries and wineries around. There are a lot of them, so just let your guide know which ones you like and theyll make it happen from there.
