I had to reschedule the tour and did it over the phone with the tour agent directly. Unfortunately the agent heard Friday instead of Saturday, and I missed the tour. I ended up hiking Mount Lycabettus alone on Saturday.
I suggest changes be made via email for record purpose and to avoid miscommunication.
