  • We purchased the trip and we were so excited. We had trouble finding the meeting spot...the tickets said to meet at a station that does not exist. We called the help number on the tickets and arranged to meet the tour guide at the base of the gondola. We arrived where the guide told us to go and they were not there. We called the number several times and there was no answer. We ended up independently purchasing our own tickets and had a great time. You do not need to pay twice for this will be less expensive and easier for you to do it on your own.
