  • Poorly organized. I was not informed where to meet up and eventually when I spoke to them an hour before pickup they told me this tour was not running due to not enough people, so I was offered to transfer to another tour. The tour I transferred to was great, but when you book online, particularly via viator you expect it to be easy and straightforward

  • Beautiful views and a very informative, nice tour guide. The only thing is I wished we had more time at the top to do a few things or go hiking.

  • This was an interesting tour as it takes you outside of Salt Lake City. The view from the top was interesting. However don't be like me, take a jacket, as it was windy and cold. Guide was excellent and informative.

  • Adam was our tour guide. He was 25 minutes late our group was waiting from 10:45 am to 11:25 am and had to make a phone call to Viator. Adam was very kind and polite but, the tour was not good at all. As soon as we got on the bus, he said, I hope you guys brought jackets. Our group did not know it would be much cooler in the mountains, so we didn't have them. Also, Adam was training someone this day. The trainee was very distracting and needed a microphone. The trainee told our group to pop aspirin like candy if we got light headed from the altitude. No one in our group had aspirin and the tour did not provide any either. Also, we did not know that the tour did not include the 20 cost to ride the tram. You find this out once you get to Snowbird. Heavy sigh. As far as the tour, it really was just a nice bus ride up to Snowbird and back to your hotel, no other stops and not much to see our learn. I suggest finding a cheaper way to get to Snowbird and you won't feel the hurried-ness to get back down the mountain tram. Also, try the mountain roller coaster. Adam suggested this as we thought it was a fun experience with kids and worth the money.
