Head by escort boat to the first fishing spot where your local guide will give you practical tips about line fishing to catch barracuda, trevally and snapper. Cast your line in the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand and experience a warm local hospitality with a genial and relaxed atmosphere on board. It’s generally agreed that sea air builds up an appetite, so you’ll appreciate the hearty buffet lunch laid onboard the boat while admiring the spectacular view of the surrounding islands. I booked this fishing trip after one got canceled while in the Maldives. I wasn't expecting it to be as good but ultimately myself and my wife had a nice day out. We were picked up on time along with a few other stops on the way to the pier. We did have to wait 45mins for another party of people to arrive. There were 9 of us on the tip in total with 3 staff. It is a spacious boat with a toilet, you can sit on the top deck to sunbathe if you want. You sail out for about 30/40 minutes and generally hang around that 1 km radius for the rest of the period. Moving from time to time onto another fishing area. You dont catch big fish and they are very similar regardless of moving. So they dont put up much of a fight. Nevertheless, it was still fishing and I personally caught about 15 fish. You are provided with free soft drinks (beer is extra but you can take your own), and the guys prepare and cook some of the fish caught while on the boat for lunch with rice and salad which is a nice touch. We had a swim in the sea, diving from the boat. I was a little disapointed when we didnt do any bigger fish line trawling on the way back which was advertised. But all in all I would recommend this trip for a bit of fun

Although the weather wasnt very co-operative we did manage to catch several smaller fish-Tango (as the crew told us) and we also got a bigger fish, a 4kg African pompano! And crew told that its a small one 🙂, these fish can be double in size! Well, we were lucky that we got any fish with that weather. We started with 14 persons, but since the waves were hughe and wind quite strong 12 persons quit, a longtail boat came to half way and took them back to land. We stayd and got a great experience! The crew (2 men) cooked the fish for us on the boat on the spot! So tasty! As the weather got worse, we went back 30 mins earlyer than planned, but it was okay! We got great emotions and an evening full of after waving on the land 😆. It was great, but with a better weather it would have been excellent! The crew was helpful and skilled fishermen, also good cheffs, but a little better english would be perfect! Everything worked out good-transfeer from and to the hotel was accurate, the boat was very clean, crew great and emotions high!

Contratamos ir de pesca. Más caros que ningunos de la zona. Nos dijeron al reservar 10:00 horas. Nos dieron a elegir 3 hoteles de recogida. Elegimos el más cercano al nuestro. Llegamos a las 9:45. Nos dejaron tirados. Desde esa hora llamándolos y escribiéndoles WhatsApps y no nos contestan. Excepto a las 10:10 que nos dicen que nos han estado esperando y nos han llamado por teléfono. No tenemos ninguna llamada. Ahora intentado devolver los 110 euros del pago por ir dos personas a NO PESCAR. Viendo las opiniones. Lo mismo emplean esa técnica con todos los clientes.

Pesca totalmente turística, si eres un poco profesional no vale la pena para nada, demasiadas personas en el barco por lo que era imposible moverte en él. El guía muy simpático y amable.

This was a great day out. The transfers were bang on time and the boat trip and crew were great. Lunch was excellent, especially trying what we had caught. We didn't catch much as it was really sunny, but it was still fun - especially the swimming at the end. Just be prepared for a very very hot day out if the full sun is shining.
